Good and quiet location. Close to The Castle Garden. Good parking. Very tasty and with good price restaurant near the hotel and gas station. Close to the city center. Good price.

Staff. Unfriendly staff. Can't understand each other. Good english but really unfriendly. Can't understand how in hotel area sataff can ge so unfriendly and caustic.I stayed there 2 times, with friends and family, every time I had a problem with staff.

We were looking for a quiet place in a walking distance (15-20min.walk) from the centre of Czeski Krumlov. The place was just like that. The room was beautiful and spacious. The place was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Special historic place very near the city, in rural setting, quiet and private. Well renovated and strong building with quality furnishing, including a fridge only in our room.

No Elevator because the place is a renovated building from many years ago, so we only took in what we needed from the car to the 2nd floor. It is not really a problem to climb if you are younger than us seniors.

The property is clean, the rooms are large and nice .It’s a good location to visit Cesky Krumlov.

Beware of limited check in time. Weeks prior to our trip I contacted the property to arrange an arrival of 7:00-9:00pm arrival. Was told to re-read the booking because customers can only check in from 3:00-5:00om. After rearranging our itinerary to arrive much earlier - front desk was so rude and abrupt. Suddenly none of my Visa credit cards or Amex were acceptable (even though credit cards have high limits and were recently used at other locations - I believe they just want cash payment). The property itself is nice the management needs to work on people skills.

The location wasn’t good. The street is pretty dark, to go without a car it’s not that close to the city center. The town doesn't have a lot of taxis.
