Lovely and clean. Exceptionally quiet. Everything felt new and the room was spacious. There’s a beer bar/restaurant next door with music too, which was lovely. Elevator and easy parking.

Nothing to dislike, except lack of any facilities after 8pm and there’s no machines for drinks or snacks.

The staff were excellent, the receptionists went out of their way to look after us even to the point of asking if we wanted bacon at breakfast which wasn't cooked because she knew English people liked bacon and they made some especially for us. The room was good and the hotel seemed well looked after.

No tea or coffee in the room and the pillows are very soft like everywhere we stayed. Close to Olomouc which has a beautiful centre but the area around the hotel itself didn't look very interesting. We stayed to enable us to visit Olomouc just 9km away.

It was a bit cold inside and no heating which is understandable for the end of April, but some heating at night would be of advantage since the weather was not great

The cleanest hotel I have visited, in all areas. The bed was very comfortable. No noise at night and big rooms. Good breakfast

Nicely located in the middle of the village with much parking place. The environment was very quiet. Staff at the reception was friendly and professional. Nice beds and good breakfast.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is lovely - at the town's square and with a nice park nearby.

Additional 20€ for a baby cot is a lot.

Good location. We got out room farther from the wedding location, reception was very helpful

There was a wedding in the Hotel the night we stayed there, so it was a bit loud in the room, but only till 1a.m.

Love the old building that has been repurposed. Staff was really friendly and helpful, going out their way to make me comfortable.
