Very good breakfast, multiple choices to choose from and on top of that a separate breakfast menu. Location just a short walk away from the city center. Awesome and friendly English speaking staff, always making sure that everything was to perfection! Room was very clean and everything is recently upgraded. Room stayed warm even though it was some minus degrees celcius during night. Bed was very comfortable. And when the cafeteria/reception area opens up, it will be even better than before.

Just minor issues and mostly as a heads-up. Tramtrack is located just outside the front of the building. Also you could hear some noice from the neighbouring bathroom and when the ventilation/fan system starts in the bathroom to the bedroom. So for light-sleepers I would recommend bringing earplugs.

The location was brilliant, and the design and cleanliness of the suite I was staying in was superb. I particularly appreciated the smart TVs and blackout blinds on the roof windows. The breakfast was good too, there being a small buffet with drinks, fruit, bread and spreads, cake, etc., and a short menu of egg dishes cooked to order (scrambled eggs, ham and eggs, omlette, and a couple of other dishes I can't recall).

Had a bit of an issue at the start - I was checking in after the reception had closed, so they left my key in a safe-box outside, which they sent me the code for. Unfortunately another guest was checking in late too, and they mixed up the messages. So I had to call and wait for someone to come and let me in. To their credit though, they responded immediately and were very apologetic.

A nice hotel with great staff that will be fantastic once fully completed - i.e a finished breakfast area, entrance, lobby and reception. parking limited but accessible and paid for. Rooms are brand new and clean.

The entrance door/gate is locked with a bike lock and you need to enter the code to open the entrance gate. This is not super user friendly. Missing AC in the bedroom, just located in the kitchen/tv room. Room will be extremely hot when summer temperatures hit 25+. I would appreciate if the attic room also had window curtain, so you can let air in while having the windows fully open (not possible when the window blind is shut)

There is not much about the city but this hotel is really remarkable one. Victoria the host, is probably one of the most decent hotel attendants. We ask her to serve breakfast earlier so we can travel to Krakow airport and catch our flight but what she did is prepare breakfast in boxes for us so we can take it before 7:00 am.

Location and the new renovated house

Was quite loud. Street in the back and a noisy street in the front. In addition a backyard with noisy bikers and cars.

I can only praise everything. Wonderful and big breakfast served with a lot of love attentive service and a very comfortable room. Everything was new and clean. And the bed was very comfortable. Could be a five star hotel. The kindest place I've been to in a long time.

I did like that the cleaning service did not come by all the time, as I was on a conference and this meant leaving and coming back at odd times. However, maybe they could come by a little bit more often.

The place and The place is very pleasant. The hotel staff included very cute people. The hotel is on a quiet street right next to the city center so you can enjoy both the peace and a stay near the city center. The breakfast is perfect.

Huge apartment - very comfortable. Excellent location. Apartment was very big and comfortable for 3 people. We were travelling through and wished we had more time to spend here. Nice breakfast and very nice staff

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We were offered a parking space, the staff was incredibly nice, the rooms beautiful. The hotel is situated perfectly for a visit of the old town, breakfast was good.

O booked this hotel for my friend / business partner from Taiwan, I saw the room when he checked-in. The room is very fresh, modern, relaxing. I would imagine to stay there myself. Highly recommend ! Location is great in quiet street. My friedn confirmed the same. Breakfast nice as well.

The gate entrance into the hotel (to reach hotel rooms entrance) with bike locker (with password) should be replaced ASAP for some sophisticated solution (electroni or at least key locker) !!!!! :D
