Breakfast was not included. However, the location was excellent. Only a short distance to bus and tram stops. Also a 10-minute walk to the main square. My room was simply furnished, but clean, and the shared restroom and shower facilities were quite adequate and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped and nice.

The mattress and pillow were a little soft, but not too bad. The accommodation is a boarding house - a step or two above a hostel - but very economical and good value for what you pay.

When I booked, the price was in euros but once in the hostel, I was told to pay in Czech crowns so they converted the price into crowns according to the official exchange rate. The problem is that this official rate is higher than the one in the bureau de change and the same is true if paying by card. So I asked to pay cash in euros and get my change back in crowns but they refused. I asked why the price is in euro on booking if they don't take euros and the receptionist didn't give me a logical answer. The only way to avoid this problem is by paying in advance when booking. The reception is open till 6 pm which might be troublesome for travellers.

Upon entry, the receptionist immediately processed my booking quickly, and provided me with necessary info for my stay. Towels can also be rented for a very reasonable price (converted it was like 3 Euros). The room was not a typical hostel at all; I got a double room, along with a table for me to study. The WC and the shower rooms are way, way, way larger than a typical hostel, which I really like. The hostel is also located in a quite convenient place; it's like only 5 minutes walk to the mall nearby, as well as the city center.

The receptionist seemed to struggle a bit with English, but otherwise I can understand them, and that's all that matters. Also another nitpick: I cannot freely open the front door like most other hostels; this makes it a bit inconvenient for me to enter the hostel for the first time (for subsequent times you get the key though), and finally the power outlets are located in a not-so-convenient places (one of them is covered by the bed, so I have to move my bed slightly to charge my phone!)

It was a nice place with everything I needed. It was also very close to the center, to stores and to the place where I needed to go. People were friendly. The place was quiet at night.

Everything was alright. The stove was a bit hard to use at first and would require a bit more explanations (which button turns on with plate) but other than that it was ok.

The residence has excellent location, very close to the city center. It was very clean and the bathroom and the shower were in excellent condition, always clean and available. The kitchen had great utensils and an electric kettle and it was great to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee for myself any time of the day. There is also a coffee vending machine in the kitchen. The people staying at the residence were very quiet and decent and there was no noise at all. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in the city centre.

Everything was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is providing towels to guests, but considering the price, it is not necessary.

The check-in was smooth, it was clear to me immediately all was going to be clean and organised. The process for check-in and out is perfect for people leaving early. Although I would have preferred to do an earlier check-in, the communication was excellent so I could arrange it.

Everything met my expectations.

It's a very good hostel in the centre. There was a fridge and a big wardrobe in the room. I booked a 2-bed female room and I had the whole room for myself. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Towel isn't included in the price, there is only cold water in the toilet (but there is hot water in the bathroom), you need to make your bed, you can hear noise from the street at night. But overall, it was a good stay and those are minor inconveniences.

It’s very close to center cheap and clean but no lift and I was on third floor so need to be fit to coupe with three levels of stairs only the stairs would stop me from using it again

Everything! The bed was very comfortable, Everything was very clean, and the building is very secure. Less than 5 minutes to the main square. Lots of restaurants, as well as two grocery stores close by. If I'm back in Olomouc I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about.

Clean room, comfy bed, clean bed-linen. I had the luck to be alone in my room. Anyway it's big enough to share with someone. Good to have a coffee machine in the kitchen that serves quality coffee!

Maybe the number of showers and toilets could be increased if possible.
