It’s close to a great park and has basic tables and chairs. Overall, it was quite good — I’d consider staying here again next time I visit Olomouc.

We stayed for three nights as two people, but only got two coffee capsules — and the coffee wasn’t very good. The soundproofing isn’t great; you can hear the tram and noises from the hallway, but it’s still acceptable. The entrance sensor light is a bit faulty — sometimes it turns on even when no one is there.

The rooms are very large, spacious, clean and there is everything you need. The bathroom is huge, there is a bathtub. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very quiet, even though very close to the city. It is easy to walk to the city from the apartment.

There was air-conditioning only in one room and not in the bedroom. It is very difficult to get parking if you arrive late. It should be advertised that there is a large public parking lot nearby, it doesn’t matter that it’s not free.

Great location - walking distance to city center. Comfortable apartment, a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice and clean in general. Feels more like a hotel than an apartment - might be a con for some. Train tracks are next to the building but it was not bothering us.

It was very well prepared and clean in general, but bathroom could use detailed cleaning more often.

Clean, two room apartment. 10 min walk from downtown. There is parking under the building that we (thought) we could use. Coffee machine with capsules. For breakfast or coffee we recommend the nearby Cajk Cafe.

Spartan interior, self administered check-in (some might see it as an advantage). There is nobody to complain to when the guest in the next door apartment is noisy at midnight, as it was our case.

Excellent location, cca 900 m on foot from Dolní náměstí. Quiet, modern and clean, contactless access, well equipped. Grocery store (Penny) around the corner and a bistro Cajk (they are open on Saturday and Sunday from 8 to 14) in the same building, free parking in the back (three slots available for the guests; in case where it's full, can be parked on the street or next to the train stop "Olomouc - Nova ulice) and underground garage slots available too. And of course, excellent communication with the owner.

Maybe not necessarily a negative, but a neutral tip regarding the marking of the underground parking lot: the board with information about the numbering of parking spaces in the underground is not clear - the numbering does not correspond to what is labelled on the garage floor.

Super-fresh, super-clean, modern, good beds, free safe parking in the underground garage, new-built and quiet area just 15 min walk/short tram ride from downtown. The room was sound-proof, with good and easily operated air condition. Appliances are new, clean and running when you arrive (cold fridge, etc.). These are small details that make a difference.

The place isn't exactly cheap - prices are comparable to mainstream hotels in Prague. But you get a lot for your money. Also the online checkin is an acquired taste - you have to stop and take time to do the checkin and payment before arrival (get access codes, etc.) and you better make sure you have enough battery power on your smartphone plus a working connection to your bank. But if you are ok with this kind of thing, it seems to be working fine. And there is a telephone number / helpline you can call. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but lots in just 10-15 min walking distance.

Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area yet still close to city centre. The vending machine was a nice little touch.

We loved it but we wasn’t keen on the way they only use codes to open doors instead of keys, didn’t feel as safe as it would with a key.

Nice clean apartment…about 20 minutes walk from city centre through a beautiful park. Online check in… grocery store and cafeteria on the same street. We even had a little ice cube maker full of ice in our fridge 😍 nice touch. We would recommend and come back again.

I really like the size of the apartment, it was big enough to be comfortable to do the yoga in the morning. The kitchen with supplies as part of the accommodation is very cool and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent in all rooms, big space for clothes. The accommodation is right next to the bistro with a good breakfast and coffee. Easy self-check-in and building access are a big plus.

The only thing I did not like much was the train station near the building. The train does not go frequently and is not hyper-loud, but I am sensitive to sounds when trying to fall asleep (so it's not for sensitive people without earplugs). Other sounds are ok, the bedroom is situated to face the courtyard.
