Cleaning during our stay was lacking - the room was spotless when we arrived, so there is doubt that cleaning between guests is exceptional. However, during our stay the cleaning was not up to par

This is an amazing hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The room was superb & spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast & so much to choose from. An exceptional hotel & I would definitely recommend it. I will be returning.

This is an exceptionally good Hotel. The one & only thing I would say is that it would perhaps be great if their restaurant was open throughout the day or in the evenings/lunchtime, but in the interim have the bar open & with tea & coffee served with perhaps some pastries &/or baguette style sandwiches for the residents. Other than that there was nothing to fault.

The staff of the hotel is excellent, specially Cornelia at the front desk was very helpful at the check in. Hotel is clean. Decent breakfast. Hotel has no parking, however there is paid parking nearby. Close to city center.

Our room didn't have AC, or any kind of ventilation. We were provided with floorstanding fan. The room had rather large windows, but our room faced a backyard, and there was very strong smell of burned cooking and cigarettes long into the night so we could not keep them open. We were there in October and the room was uncomfortably stuffy. Can not imagine in summer.

- room was cleaned prior to arrival, but not very thoroughly - there were wet stains on the ceiling (as ot was the 4th floor it was probably a leakage from the 5th floor spa) - The toilet seat had a crack - only one robe in a double room - one of the pillows clearly needed replacing and was uncomfortable to sleep on

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at the Theresian, and once again the room was amazing. It's spacious and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable.

The hotel showed signs of a lack of care in some aspects. Our shower had some nozzles missing from the shower head, so it created a jet of water instead of a gentle stream. The area outside the room had a floor with several stains. The breakfast wasn't anything spectacular.

The hotel is located in a nicely modernised, older building with large rooms which are equipped with a well-working air-conditioning and soundproof windows. Furthermore, the hotel has a well-equipped gym (which is inculded in the room rate and a spa (the latter of which we have not used). The staff in the reception and the breakfast area is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet comprises delicious specialities, such as an almond blancmange, and a very good coffee. We could park our car on the street infront of the hotel for a fee of 420 czk / 24 hours (which could be paid by card, no parking app was required). Further down the street, there is a car park (which seems to be illuminated at night). The hotel is only a few steps from the city centre with a lot of restaurants (we had the best food in a restaurant just around the corner, called Drápal). The bottom line is that we had a wonderful stay and would certainly chose Theresian hotel again, should we ever come back to Olomouc!

The room was clean, big and comfortable. The staff at the check in was very polite, patient and helpful. The employee checking us in spoke excellent English. The waiting staff at the breakfast area was kind and obliging too. We also liked how close to the old town the hotel is, the trams were also convenient (there is a stop right next to the hotel). The breakfast was tasty and with a good variety of dishes.

Great staff and location. Close to everything. Awesome breakfast, lots of options for everyone. Impeccably clean room, amazing bathroom, balcony. Perfectly quiet at night. Wonderful air conditioning, also whisper quiet. Magnificent hotel and impressive service and rooms, best in the city.

Lots of great lighting, but was just very difficult to find the proper switches.

Its location, in the middle of the city, very close to various breweries, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable as well! It is so quiet, you can rest very well as there is no noise coming from the streets. The spa is very good, nice atmoshere, no crowd as you can book it in advance.

The rooms are spacious enough, but there is not enough armchairs to sit in. We were the 2 of us, but there was only one armchair.. ok, there was one more chair to sit and 2 small “cubes” to sit on, but they were not comfortable.

ideally located near the old city. extremely attractive restored inner spaces (the facade has also been beautifully redone). our room was no frills modern in design (which is of course an aesthetic choice in its own right).extremely comfortable beds. immaculately clean. chic breakfast room in the basement with appealing choices. extraordinarily helpful staff at the reception desk, especially the two blonde girls (late Sunday afternoon and all day Monday). a great place for two tired travelers to rest up after some rugged days of driving.

no complaints conceivable. first rate in every way.
