These apartments were easy to find with good parking outside whilst checking in. Secure parking after check-in. There was a voucher for a free drink at the restaurant next door which does great meals and drinks at reasonable prices and also had some bread, pate, pasta and sauces for sale. There’s also a couple of supermarkets nearby for self catering. The room was a good size, very clean, well equipped with good hot water and towels. The view from our room with balcony at the back was of houses and gardens which was quiet and relaxing. What wasn’t relaxing was not being able to find any tv program in any language other than Czech. We thought being an international hotel there might be something. Very frustrating! Rear carpark can get a little noisy if you have windows open overnight. Tram number four stops right near the hotel so getting into town was easy. Tickets available from the supermarket just down the road. TV viewing aside, a good stay.

The apartment was clean, nice, and I appreciated the free parking in the yard. The location was also convenient for us, the tram stop was close by, and we were in the city center in no time.

The WiFi in our room didn't work. We couldn't connect at all. We were able to connect in the hallway, but when we came to the room, the WiFi disconnected or we got a notification that we had no internet connection. I tried to resolve this issue twice at the reception, but the receptionist wasn't very helpful. I explained to her that the TV (YouTube) wasn't working either and we couldn't play cartoons for the kids, to which she told us to use the O2 TV app. She clearly didn't understand that it doesn't work well without the internet. In any case, the issue wasn't resolved during the 2 nights we stayed, and it negatively affected our stay.

Everything was per great except (see below). The room was HUGE, clean, modern, with an enormous bathroom. The hotel looks newly built and very comfortable. The breakfast - delicious, BUT:

The PROCESS of having breakfast was a disaster XD . Looks like everyone decided to show up at the same time around 9AM and there was first a queue for a table, then waiting for tableware, then for food to be replenished. I thing the whole process took us about an hour :-D The staff was trying really hard, but there was just not enough of them and not enough tables. Nevertheless, I would return there given the chance :)

Breakfast was not good at all. Canned beans, almost liquid scrambled eggs, orange juice tasted like water and in general it looked like all dishes are bought in the supermarket, not cooked Also in our apartments the floor in the shower was slippery, when wet. And in the morning there was an awful smell from the sewerage in the bathroom

The breakfast was supported by the restaurant next to hotel and it was not open buffet . I ordered and the waiters served so it took a little longer than usual. There was not many selection but one selection was tasty and enough. Room has a kitchenette and full of cutlerys enough to cook simple things.Location is very good.

There was construction ongoing inside the properties and it was annoying at the weekends early in the morning. and the room I stayed this time has a problem with the door. The door was not locking unless pull by force .

Absolutely perfect accommodation and a great restaurant. The location is also nice, with good parking available and it's just a short tram ride to the city center. Plus, there's the famous Entree restaurant right across the street.

It's not the fault of the accommodation, but the other guests were very noisy. However, what was a problem is that we had the smell of cooking throughout our stay. We kept smelling the odor of frying. Plus, from as early as 5:00 AM, the hotel staff were smoking and talking loudly right under our windows—a disadvantage of being on the ground floor.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was spacious. There was everything you could need to prepare small meal in a room. Staff was helpful, information sent by the hotel was good, however I would like them to differentiate their guest are they coming from outboard and provide info in English at first, as now I got messages which were lengthy and detailed, but the first half of the message was in Czech.

There was a strange smell in the room. The room was suitable for people with disabilities, but this led that we created more mess when were using toilet or shower. Air conditioning unit wasn't working as expected (there was only one fan speed) and AC was directed towards bed where kids were sleeping.

It was our second time in ABA Apartments and we liked it a lot. The apartment was clean, with modern amenities, and the staff was kind too. We had also tried the Cafe Kitchen and the food and service was amazing. There is also sufficient parking infront of the apartment and also in the underground garage. The whole check in and check out process was smooth and hassle-free. We totally recommend this property.

Very neat apartments for a good price. Easy self check-in, free secure parking. The kitchen in the room is great, everything you need - equipment, dishes, etc. The cleanliness is perfect. Although the hotel is next to a busy street, the room was quiet, no noise from the outside was heard. Easy to find and to reach.

Maybe the location of the hotel if you want to have a fast walk to the center is not suitable. But as a stopover, it's very good..

Great hotel !! OMG Moulouc is stunning. Make sure you go into the town square, stunning, stunning stunning. Hotel is lovely, polite, friendly staff. Room very comfortable. Spend the extra and go level 2 and get the balcony room - views aren’t the best but the rooms are fantastic. You overlook the hotel outside car park. There is also an underground car park. Casino across the road. Small Supermarkets up the road.

This is our 2nd stay there, no real negatives at all. Last stay though lift didn’t work and air con kept turning off after 2 hours. Maybe because of construction nearby? Nothing negative.
