The location and breakfast were great! Also, I needed to change the room to double for the last night because of another guest coming in unexpectedly. They were able to swap my single room to the double (I paid the price difference from single to double for the whole stay and only paid for the second guest for one night)

I parked car at the hotel’s parking - it’s only accessible from the main street, which means that you have to walk out of the hotel (I experienced some heavy rains during the stay and getting from hotel to car wasn’t pleasant). The price for parking was 450 CZK (in a nearby public parking it is 200-250 CZK) per day.

This hotel is almost right smack in the middle of the beautiful old town, and for such a prime, beautiful location, the price is almost unbeatable, absolutely great value! The hotel itself is also beautiful, the room matched the classic outside. It's like when you visit grandma and the whole house is spotless and the furniture is old but beautiful. Even the bathroom was beautifully decorated, I loved the color and design. Breakfast was great in a lofty room with most of the staples available and everything is delicious. The room itself was a good enough size for a single person. They also have a sauna available for use at a discount for hotel guests

The pillows could have been better. They weren't firm enough for me. They let your head sink down to the level of the mattress.

If you are going to Olomouc and you want to experience the same coziness that you felt with your grandmother and grandfather when you were a child, book at Orea Hotel Arigone. It starts at the reception where you are welcomed by the wonderful team of Jarka with David, Anna and everyone who takes a seat there. These people are so professional, excellently multilingual and super friendly. You just feel at home right away. Then you go to the restaurant where the jovial San Antonio and his fantastic angels keep everything on track. This group of enthusiastic and alert employees organize a flawless breakfast buffet after which you can start your work or holiday day full of energy. By the way, if Beethoven were alive in 2024, his masterpiece would be called ‘Für Superengel Eliska’ instead of ‘Für Elise.’ This team was clearly put together by a manager who is an inspiration to every entrepreneur. Respect.

An excellent hotel with the best location. Professional and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Exceptional, rich, and diverse breakfast options. A coffee machine and punch station are available for guests free of charge, 24/7. Rooms are impeccably clean and very well-equipped. This is truly the best hotel in Olomouc, where the quality of service is exceptionally high, and the price is remarkably reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very central location. Be aware that, with the window/doors open, this will mean there is street noise. With the doors shut there was no problem with noise. A fan was provided which was needed! The place was exceptionally clean and there were little extras in the bathrooms/showers which I thought was lovely. I was worried about sharing toilets and showers, but there are definitely enough. I barely saw another soul either so it felt peaceful.

The kitchen didn't look to be that helpful for people who might wish to cook (aging / lacking supplies) and someone had touched what I put in the fridge.

I truly loved OREA hotel: it was the best hotel experience I ever had till now. Staff was kind and always available, with a reception open h24. Breakfast was changing every day and was really satisfying. On the day of the departure they also packed a small breakfast for me for free since I was leaving at 6 am. Never had such a good experience of customer care before.

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful - just great! The breakfast was good, and the room (in this case a small apartment) was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very convenient (2-minute walk) to the university. Good value.

The room was a little worn/tired. The biggest issue was that the bedroom had translucent shades. Something more substantial is needed for a sleeping room.

I loved this hotel! So nice, warm and traditional. I loved the old style interior and the attention to detail - I really felt like the staff was there to helpmy every need! I also loved the breakfast, so much choice !

Everything was great, the only thing was my room (a single, maybe the cheapest) didn’t have a full size window. But the window on the ceiling made up for it.

We really liked the rooms which were very spatious and comfortable. Location was also excellent nust a few steps away from all the places of interest. Breakfast was excellent as well.

It was virtually impossible to get to the hotel by car using any available navigation app. It probably had to do with various reconstructions but better and more accessible info in this respect would be helpful and expected. We were also surprised by the absence of a lobby bar (any bar) and restaurant for other than breakfast purposes.
