Location was good for the purpose of our trip (close to the train station). Hotel is very modern, the room was clean and had good AC. With windows closed, you don't hear the noise from the street traffic (the whole hotel is very stuffy and hot, but with the AC it was ok)

There was almost no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. We stayed for two nights, and even though we reported the lack of soap to the reception, it was never refilled. Really did not ask for much, just a place to sleep and a good shower, one would expect 3 star hotel would provide it. Pillows could be better as well.

Everything was great, and I appreciated the excellent service. I had a spacious room with a huge bed, and I enjoyed every moment of it. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, adding even more comfort to my stay. Overall, everything was excellent!

However, there was one aspect that I would like to bring to your attention. I was assigned an accessible room, and I noticed that the bench in the shower was not securely fastened. As a result, it fell a couple of times and struck my legs. I believe it would be wonderful if some kind of holder or fixture could be installed in the shower to prevent the bench from moving and posing a risk when not in use. Despite this minor issue, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Not too far from the Olomouc Bus Station (6-min walk) but the way to hotel could be very dark/a bit terrifying if you walk by yourself. The tram station for the old town is just in front of the hotel. The self check-in process was very convenient and the staffs (located in Theather Hotel) were also very kind and helpful. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Clean warm room! Comfortable bed! Powerful hot shower! Good WiFi! Next to the Tram station that'll take you anywhere! Responsive personnel, although it's an automated process!

Very modern hotel with good furniture and fittings. Located two stops from station on tram route 4. Double glazing effective for road noise.

The check-in terminal, it would help to have a direct line telephone to the remote reception.

Check-in terminal wasn't working, so we had to go to the Theatre hotel to get our door card. As seen from the comments, this happens all the time, so they could just remove the terminal so that people don't spend time dealing with it and go directly to the Theatre hotel for check-in. The light on the air conditioning is very very bright and disturbs sleep. However, I had to have it on, as the windows can't be opened.

Only around l5 minutes walk to main station by using subway access at main station or use tram. Tram outside hotel gives you access to / from city centre. Although unstaffed I got a very quick answear when I messaged a question.

Very comfortable and nice hotel, good place to stay at Olomouc. Really close to the train and bus stations and not far from the old city center. Very pleasant administation, helped us to check-in early and quickly provided all information. Quiet place, even when the road near is busy.

Low bedside lamps for night time- perfect. Half a blackout curtain needed two! Great sized room.

Check-in took a while to complete with the self service. At check out it only took one key card back into machine so had to go and find a cleaner to return the other.

The building looked new, bed was comfy, A/C was effective and bathroom was nice, specially the shower. It was 35C when I was in Olomouc so both the shower and A/C was really refreshing.

It was a smart-hotel with electronic check-inn but I still had to go to the neighbour hotel to pick up the key. I wished they had fixed me an electronic check in via Booking.com. Tram runs right outside so it could be noisy.
