The location is excellent...across from the main train station. The city center was easily accessible by walking or taking a tram from the main train station. Denisa at the front desk was kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a large choice of options and was tasty.

The water pressure for the shower was weak and the water never got hot enough. The "hot" water from the sink was also just warm. If I were staying a second night, I would've put in a complaint, but since it was a one-night stay, I dealt with it.

Location is near the train station and from here to the city center it takes 30 minute walk. But the area is clean and tidy. The hotel has perfect windows, you can't hear the outside noise.

Having never been to Olomouc, I had the misfortune of trusting having read that the hotel was close to the centre of the city without verifying online before we booked. We just parked the car & walked what turned into several kilometers through some dicey looking areas. No issues, but it's not a great area in what's not a great-looking city.

Very nice hotel for business travelers, across the street from train station/bus stop/tram stop. Well-designed/well-equipped room is spacious and modern, quiet at night & comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Supermarket is 2 doors away.

The quality of breakfast buffet's hot food offering is disappointing.

The hotel is very conveniently located just across the street from the Olomouc train station. Very nice receptionist, smooth check-in and check-out. Rich breakfast.

The TV could have been a bit bigger and the evening menu was somehow unattractive or overpriced.

All was good. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling with a cat and there was absolutely no problem, they even left a bowl for our little buddy. The room's standard was adequate to the price. There was underground garage available (i think it was free of charge or maybe 10 euro per night something like that)

Breakfast could have been more tasty. All was fresh and choice of dishes was plentiful and it's not like it tasted bad, it just weren't adequate. Same goes for the coffee - i can only state that there was coffee :) so this is something to work on !

I was arriving by train, so the location over the road from the station was excellent. Hotel is relatively new with an impressive breakfast room. The room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Helpful professional reception staff.

Close to train station (ideal for train travellers). Very good breakfast. Comfort and cleanliness good.

Could not park in the hotel garage (due to congress). Bit further from the centre. Noise from the trams and trains rather audiable during night.

The hot food at breakfast was lukewarm at best. It seemed like they put out all of the hot food at 6.30 am and left it to go cold
