We really liked the hotel, we were completely satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, clean everywhere. The staff was also great. The breakfast was plentiful, there was a wide selection. Some people here say it was loud - we didn't mind the street noise at all, even though we live in a family house at home where it's quiet. I recommend it 100%! :) At first it was strange that you had to book a separate appointment for the wellness, but in hindsight we now know that it was because the number of people allowed into the wellness was limited. Our child really liked it, although he could only use one pool, otherwise it was great for adults.

We loved the hotel. The room was huge with super big bed. Bathroom have two sinks and big shower, there are cosmetics to use and bathrobes. The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. Breakfast was very good, with fresh stuff and good selection of things. We used the spa which is also in the price of the hotel, you just have to say before that you would like to use it. Spa is modern, clean and relaxing, not a lot of people inside. There is bar inside. In the hotel there is restaurant in which chef is famous and food seems good, we didn’t manage to get reservation but good to think about. We used the bar inside restaurants and cocktails were very good. Parking is free and big. The city center is 10 minutes drive by car.

We wanted to stay one hour longer in the hotel and stuff agreed only by the payment.

The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The free parking was a convenient feature, and having a reserved spot marked with my name added a personal touch that enhanced my stay. The wellness center, included in the price, offered a relaxing environment that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location next to a busy road was a drawback, as the noise became disruptive in the morning, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, it’s not within walking distance of the city center, so I had to rely on my car for any outings, which was somewhat inconvenient.

It has a great location and fantastic staff, particularly Miss Eva and Miss Catherine from Reception. These two young ladies were ready to answer questions regarding the surrounding area and to make suggestions for local restaurants. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to ensure your room is clean and ready after a long day at work. The wellness area is amazing.

The room service menu could have a bigger selection, and the soup of the day needs to be changed more often. The mushroom soup is very delicious and great, but after two weeks, it got a little old.

Everything was perfect - a true hotel experience, with clean towels and sheets whenever needed, spa included in the price, room service and all that can be good in a hotel. The staff were very helpful, even with non standard questions. The location, albeit a bit remote, was a few tram stops away from the city centre. Breakfast had everything you could want, perhaps more. Can't recommend the hotel more.

Really clean and large room. Free wellness for guests that needs to be booked in advance. Breakfast was really tasty and good.

Parking is not properly marked first we entered to casino next to the hotel. There was no information about parking spots, but you can park everywhere where it's free.

Very Discreet with good overall service

Steam Bad ( Hamman was not operating the entire time). Sauna, Hamman , massages and Jacazzi along with good service is very important when travelling

I liked the environment they made there. As far as comfort is concerned, it is absolutely unique in Olomouc! There is nothing better. Beautifully done with a luxury restaurant which has a connected entrance right next door, so you don't have to walk outside, but you go directly from the room to the restaurant nice and warm.
