1. We had a great view from our room. Lot of greenery, but the stunning part was the view in the evening of the St Michael's church at a distance, lit up and looking magical. 2. The hotel has excellent facilities. 3. Breakfast was great, with a large spread and comfortable seating. 4. Parking is free and on-site which was a major plus for me since I had a rented car 5. Laundry was super quick. Same day evening delivery. Housekeeping was regular and efficient. 6. Location was decent. The town square was a 12 mins walk away.

The room was a little smaller than what I had expected. It wasn't small exactly, but you tend to expect slightly larger rooms in the smaller cities. Let me reiterate that the room was not cramped or uncomfortable. It is just that in my mind I was expecting a bit more space. But it was very well appointed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk through the park and you are in the old town. After what we can gather, the rooms have been given a upgrade and has now an inviting, modern feel with a delicate bathroom and comfy beds. The breakfast was also very impressive with a large variety of dishes (which also changed between days). There is also a large parking in front and at the back of the hotel, which is a handy when arriving by car.

It was not of great importance but the bathtub did not have handles or any kind of screening meaning that it was difficult for the elderly to get in and out of the bathtub and water splashed everywhere during showering. Additionally the angel of the air condition was placed directly at the corner where the chair and table was placed, turning the sitting space into a very chilly experience.

Breakfast is good, the swimming pool is such a bonus but remember to book in advance. We love the extra facilities of the hotel the restaurant and bar give you lots of options to sit and relax. The hotel was very clean. We will continue to stay at this hotel when in Olomouc.

We were on the 9th floor. I don't think these rooms have been renovated yet as they seem to be doing it in stages ( we have previously stayed in a new one on the lower floor). So the room needed new paint and updating but it wasn't bad and the bathroom was good. The only thing is I did find two bugs ( one in the bed ). Even with this, I would stay again but would request a new room.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was stylish, cosy and had been newly renovated. You could hear some.noise from the room.above but it did not spoil the experience. The room was nice and very clean, the shower was fantastic, very powerful. The bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good offering. I am pregnant and wanted a decaffeinated coffee, so I asked the staff and they went and made me a special one and brought it to me, beautifully presented with a biscuit, this was great service! The reception staff were also friendly and printed some things for me. We travel to Olomouc quite often and we will definitely stay here again!

The only negative was that I checked the online reservation for the pool and it said it was available but when we went it was already booked. So we were disappointed not to be able.to use the swimming pool.

The exterior may seem average but the interior was surprisingly modern. We stayed in the family apartment, which was spacious enough. The breakfast is marvelous! Additionally you can use spa services (paid separately). The location is convenient, next to a park and city centre. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back (especially for the breakfast...).

The only misunderstanding was related to a bike rental which is stated on the booking site as an extra (paid) option but when we asked at the reception desk, they said they don't rent bikes.

The staff was very friendly, the ambience is very appealing, the breakfast is very extensive and of very good quality. I felt very comfortable there for a business stay.

The TV equipment is very outdated. Only Czech programmes can be received via the separately operated receiver. It would also be a great advantage to place a sign at the entrance to the hotel indicating that there is a large car park behind the hotel. The number of parking spaces in front of the hotel is rather limited.

Because we were traveling with our dog, the location across the street from a big lovely park was excellent. We really enjoyed passing through there on the way too and from the town center. The breakfast buffet was outstanding too. Lots of Czech specialties in addition to the typical continental breakfast items that were quite high quality.

I was mildly disappointed by two things. The pool and wellness center appeared to cost extra and didn't have any workout facilities. (I'm not actually sure about this, though. My wife just had a look.) Also, after booking the stay, I was told that the pet charge was quite high —€20 per night — which is almost half as much as the per person room rate. I complained about this and was told sorry but that is the fee. When I arrived at the hotel though I was only charged that fee for one night rather than for two. I don't know if my complaint was considered or if there was a mixup in the communication with me prior to arrival, but this was a bit stressful and something that should be advertised ahead of time with more accuracy.

Hotel is in the quiet place of the city but not far from the highway. Room was very spacious, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows. Secured parking for free was a good bonus. Good breakfast

The check in time was until 22.00 what was bit strange for that big hotel, we barely were in time. And check out time is until 10.00 what is also weird. Breakfast and check out time is the same. There were no curtain above the bath tub - all the water is on the floor when you take the shower.

We had a wonderful short stay at this hotel on our way back from vacation. Although we stayed only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was especially impressive – rich, varied, and delicious. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, where we went for dinner. A lovely green park is also nearby. Highly recommended!

Very good location 5 minutes by foot from historical center and still in quite area in the park. Very good restaurant. Very friendly personnel. Parking in front of the door free of charge. Rooms are very clean.

Would be good to have a bottle of water in the room (it is 4 star hotel). Wardrobe is missing. May be it is old-fashioned, but for my generation it is practical thing.
