The staff is very friendly and it’s awesome you can leave the keys at the reception (24/7). Rooms are cozy and comfortable (maybe for some, it could be a bit small but it’s definitely enough). No noise from outside even though it’s the city center. Breakfast was nice, it’s open buffet (eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, sweet stuff) but it could be on a higher level, there are better ones. But it will make you full and it’s good as a start of the day. The location is just awesome.

I have to put here the breakfast because it is not on a level of a 4* hotel. However, if you are not too picky and demanding, you will enjoy it still.

Very good location, especially that it's possible to park your car next to the hotel. Close to the pubs and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, looked like it was newly renovated. Very comfortable stay.

For some reason there was no breakfast when we arrived, even if it was during the time it supposed to be available. We informed the manager and the kitchen prepared us some food, but it's weird that something like that happens in a hotel, especially that it doesn't look like there were a lot of guests.

Hotel has very good position only a few minutes walk from city center. Parking next to the hotel even if you are in the city center. 24/7 reception so you don't need have keys with you all the time. Room a little older but clean and with everything you need (fridge, air condition, TV, comfort bed).

Little noise from street even if you close the window. Breakfast didn't meet our expectation, looks like the cheapest ham, not enough vegetable, looks like some food reused from day before.

Location. Staff's help in making the most of our stay. Restaurants in area discussed and seeing the famous fountains. Parking was next door, handy. Music free in the square. Sad Trinity Tower scaffold for repair.

Breakfast was fair. Hot food warm. Coffee was not drinkable. About 12:30 am the heat pump, which was on AC, but not running let a small waterfall out. The floor wet and near electric lamp. I moved furniture and lamp. Grabbed a towel to catch water. It dripped for 30 minutes more.

Right in the city center, very close to the main square and a picturesque old town. Own parking slots priced at 8 EUR per night. Spacious and clean room with somewhat smelly bathroom. Nice breakfast (included in the room price).

Lengthy check in procedure. Clinged sink in the bathroom. Proximity to the street makes it a terribly noisy place (trams, cars, pedestrians) yet it is bearable for one night.

The room was really confortable, good bed, bathroom etc. Also contained a mini bar and a quite big desk to work. Great location, 2 minutes from the city Centre and easy to reach by public transport. The noise isolation was aslo good.

The breakfast's selection was a bit limited, not enough fruits, vetegables, milk. But they prepared some nice items (filled tomato, ham/chees rolls etc.)

This is a very nice hotel right in the middle of the Old city of Olomouc, literally 1 minute away from central plaza. Walking distance to all major sights (there are not many of them in the city though), mart is right next door, lots of places to eat and drink around. Walkable distance from the railway station or you can take a tram. The rooms are spacious and cozy, standard hotel facilities. The bed is a bit small, but for a smaller person like me (175 cm) it was ok. It's not Hilton level, but absolutely enough for a short stay in the city, it was actually quite above my expectations. The breakfast is also nice, big variety of options.

Nothing, that's probably a best deal in town for the price.

The air conditioning was a life saver during the heat wave! The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, close to the center while being accessible by car.

The breakfast was merely ok, running out of a few items an hour before closing and missing small items such as jams. The room furniture was rather dated, the mattresses were comfortable.

The location near main square was convenient but there is a lot of noisy traffic just in front of the hotel with very loud tramways turning at crossroads since early morning until late night.

The air-conditioning was turned off, the remote control taken away and there was no other way how to air the room than to open a window facing the heavy traffic in front of the building. Room got hot at night because of it, but hotel management saved electricity at the cost of our comfort.

The location is great. Five minutes to Old Town. A large shopping mall is about 15 minutes away. From the train station, tram #7 will take you to the door. Wifi worked well, the breakfast was ok, the rooms were extremely quiet, I had a room overlooking the main street and heard no noise at all.

There were no negatives regarding my stay.
