The staff is very friendly and it’s awesome you can leave the keys at the reception (24/7). Rooms are cozy and comfortable (maybe for some, it could be a bit small but it’s definitely enough). No noise from outside even though it’s the city center. Breakfast was nice, it’s open buffet (eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, sweet stuff) but it could be on a higher level, there are better ones. But it will make you full and it’s good as a start of the day. The location is just awesome.

I have to put here the breakfast because it is not on a level of a 4* hotel. However, if you are not too picky and demanding, you will enjoy it still.

This is a very nice hotel right in the middle of the Old city of Olomouc, literally 1 minute away from central plaza. Walking distance to all major sights (there are not many of them in the city though), mart is right next door, lots of places to eat and drink around. Walkable distance from the railway station or you can take a tram. The rooms are spacious and cozy, standard hotel facilities. The bed is a bit small, but for a smaller person like me (175 cm) it was ok. It's not Hilton level, but absolutely enough for a short stay in the city, it was actually quite above my expectations. The breakfast is also nice, big variety of options.

Nothing, that's probably a best deal in town for the price.

The location near main square was convenient but there is a lot of noisy traffic just in front of the hotel with very loud tramways turning at crossroads since early morning until late night.

The air-conditioning was turned off, the remote control taken away and there was no other way how to air the room than to open a window facing the heavy traffic in front of the building. Room got hot at night because of it, but hotel management saved electricity at the cost of our comfort.

The location is great. Five minutes to Old Town. A large shopping mall is about 15 minutes away. From the train station, tram #7 will take you to the door. Wifi worked well, the breakfast was ok, the rooms were extremely quiet, I had a room overlooking the main street and heard no noise at all.

There were no negatives regarding my stay.

Hotel sits just around the corner from the main square (one of the two old town markets) and it's a perfect location. It's also very easy to get to by car. Parking is available, another convenient touch. Room was spacious, big enough, with mini bar, clean bathroom and comfy bed. And there was A/C, very appreciated with 33 degrees Celsius outside...

Annoying fan in the bathroom, also noises from the bath were heard from differerent rooms. And very minor thing - coffee machine for breakfast needs update, and fast.

Location ok - center. Staff very nice. Clean room, toiletries available.

We were around 1pm but unfortunately we had to wait for a room from 2pm although it didn't look like the hotel was overcrowded - this is a definite minus. It is a pity that there was no free water to welcome guests - this is a definite minus. While the cleanliness of the room is great, the breakfast definitely needs improvement. There is very little choice. It looks poor and the price is inadequate to the prices from Prague. The same amount per night but breakfast is unfortunately a big problem for this hotel. Definitely up for grabs. If I had known earlier, I would have bought a hotel without breakfast.

Location is great, very clean hotel, helpful staff.

Breakfast is very poor for hotel rating. Room is very warm, there is AC for summer months but heating seemed to be fully on in April, street noise means you can’t open the window at night and you are even provided with ear plugs with cosmetic items! The noise (mainly trams, cars and the odd drunk person) didn’t bother us as we are heavy sleepers but if this is an issue for you then you might be bothered. No keycard system so if you need separate access to your room then this is more difficult than hotels with keycards. The shower seemed erratic and suddenly became scalding hot at times.

The room was nice and big. The receptionist was very friendly. Overall we were happy.

The noice from public transportation in the night is a bit disrupting, but hotel provides ear plugs. The biggest disappointment was coffee in the breakfast - when we arrived the lady was cleaning it or something, when we were done eating, about 40 minutes later, the coffee machine was still not working. Based on other guest comments, this is quite common here.

The breakfast was very good and in a nice room. Michael at reception was extremely helpful and very warm and friendly. We liked our room and it’s big window. The Christmas Market was really good . Getting around Old Town was easy and fun. The architecture is beautiful. Vicki

Nothing needed improvement.

This was my second stay in this hotel. It is very easy to get to on public transport by tram from the main station to the hotel...just 4 stops. It is a short walk to the main square of Olomouc from the hotel. The rooms were quite large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had rooms at the rear so there was very little noise. Breakfast was pretty standard but the hotel did have some hot options: scrambled eggs/bacon/sausages and toast.

The bains marie that should have kept certain breakfast items hot did not appear to be working, The hot breakfast items were not hot....a minor problem really.
