We've been travelling a lot with our children all over the world and have plenty of places to compare with. It would be easy to only complain like others did in other reviews but I don't think it's very useful to people who are deciding weather to book or not. Upside: Great place to stay if you are travelling with kids between 2-14 years of age. The pool area is fun for everyone and in the afternoons animators come to the hotel and organise games and competitions for adults and children. There is a big playing area by the pool with video game machines, slides, pool, table tennis and a ball pool. Since almost all the guests are families, kids easily find other kids to play with in a safe and relaxed environment. For the parents that means finally some time to relax and enjoy themselves. This is a brilliant business concept and we had a great time at the hotel for this very reason. At the same time there is plenty of space for improvement. The drinks (non alcoholic and alcoholic) are overpriced and since the hotel is located at least 10 km away from the next place to buy water, beer or soft drinks you either plan in advance or accept your destiny. The food available at the restaurant is horrible, expensive and options very limited but again, if you are not willing to drive or take an Uber into town that's what you get. The mini bar fridge is of a generous size so there is plenty of space to keep your shopping fresh. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool area which have not been purchased at the restaurant, not even water. This rule is not always enforced since at least half of the customers are Argentinians bringing their mate everywhere. It seemed to me that there is tolerance as long as you purchase something in the restaurant. Ridiculously they charge for parking. The staff is friendly but has no intention whatsoever to do any more effort than necessary. The cleaning is ok but not exactly thoroughly.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious! The hotel is close to the Iguazu falls, so we were there (taxi) in no time. Travelling agency is at the front desk, so they are very helpful. The pools were nice but the water was dirty...

The rooms were not cleaned, we could still see hair from previous guests in the bathroom... the furniture is very old.

It is very well organized for family vacations, especially with small kinds. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant serves some basic food all day and there is a buffet at night. Everything was delicious and good price. We dined out a the shopping center and in the city and although it was a bit cheaper not worthwhile the commute.

The pool has to be better mantained. The water was kind of white-ish. I understand it can be difficult with the heat and so much use during the day but I am sure they can do something during the night to keep it clean.

Rooms are spacious, staff is attentive and solved anything we needed quickly, the location is great. Hotel is close to the airport and to many touristic attractions. In the hotel there’s a little souvenir shop with prices better than at the touristic places, and a tourism agent who was amazing! We did all our tours with them, very well organized, drivers were super nice and helpful, with decent prices.

The dinner buffet was poor, food was bland and not worth the price.

The pool and the waterslide, kids areas and playgrounds, clean rooms. Good value for the price and it met my expectations from the photos during booking. I was glad it did not cost so much to extend our stay a few hours until our evening flight. We also dropped luggage early the first day when we arrived early and it was no problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend it to friends.

WIFI was very spotty, took a worse turn on the weekend when more guests showed up. Some more gluten free options at breakfast and warmer eggs would be nice. It would also be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom and room to hang up clothes and swim suits.

An older style property but serves a good purpose. Don’t expect luxury and you’ll be fine! It was clean, the staff were very kind and it was only for a couple of nights. Food very well priced and tour desk organised everything for us.

Unfortunately there in winter so didn’t experience pools but they looked great

This was the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel in the perfect location to see some of the main attractions of the area. Beyond its convenient location, the hotel also has awesome recreational offerings including arcade games, pools, ping pong, tennis, basketball and more! Fantastic for families!

Unfortunately, it seems they no longer offer their dinner buffet which was nice after a long hiking day. The rooms are comfortable enough but I would expect very basic beds. Be ready to speak Portuguese or Spanish; not much English. Very kind staff though!

Perfect location, so close to the main attractions! The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out was very easy. The pool was very nice, lots of space for both adults and kids. The included breakfast was very good, nice selection of food and drinks available. Good AC on the rooms! (very much needed in Foz) Big rooms. Plenty of free parking.

The rooms are quite outdated, with some weird room layouts. The bathrooms are ok at best, and while not dirty per se, the old layout and tiles made it feel a bit dirty.

The swimming pool was excellent, and the breakfast was also great. The room met all my expectations in terms of cleanliness and organization."

A good variety of choices. But the same buffet menu every morning.

Lack of maintenance is really showing. The heated pool that is only 4 years old had rust showing around the metal poles as well as several cracked windows. Cracks in the walls of the hallway were a concern. Understanding that the pandemic has been a challenge, but if the maintenance isn’t done, they may lose more guests
