Arriving at the hotel was a bit concerning as there was major constuction going on on the road outside. But this didn't turn out to be an issue at all. The location was excellent, being close to various attractions, including the Bird Park and the National Park with the falls. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, the A/C was good and the location was quiet, despite the construction.

I only ate one dinner in the restaurant and wasn't particularly impressed, but maybe I didn't make the best choice from the menu. The staff were good though.

Right next to brazilian side of the waterfalls and the bird park, you can ask reception for taxi service to cross the border (e.g. for the argentinian side), very friendly multilingual stay and 24h reception. The AC in the rooms was nice too and the breakfast buffet wonderful.

The toilet paper was a bit thin, due to the location there are many bugs, the power outlet was behind the bed (as in you have to move the bed to reach it or use one across the room on top of the fridge). Taxi/uber is your friend for anything besides the inmediate attractions.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the entrance to the falls and the bird park, which we definitely recommend. Close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and nice. Some people speak English. The rooms are large and clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast is good. At this price and location it is really worth staying in this place. One way airport transfer was included in the price. They gave us the contact details of a guide who took us to the Argentinian side of the falls, also at a reasonable price.

You have to be aware that close to the waterfalls means far from the city and restaurants etc. For us it was OK. One-way transfers are included, but you'll need to contact the other company to provide them with a lot of your personal information and flight details. This is quite annoying, but it's worth taking advantage of.

Excellent staff specially Bruno who was very patient and helping us how to get around and where to go for tourist spots. A/C is working very good inside the bedroom.

Door knob very hard to turn and open. There were bugs flying inside the room. No screen on windows inside the bathroom, no exhaust fan so we cannot open the window because of the bugs getting inside the bathroom and bedroom. No free water, bottled water available for RS5.00 or $1.00 for every 500ml. The mall is 10m by Uber. There’s a free pick up from the airport to the hotel 72hrs before check in and only via WhatsApp. I emailed and they still replied to use WhatsApp. No free transport back to the airport

Great location for exploring Iguazú falls on Brazilian site(300-400m from entrance ).Hotel staff was very professional and helpful.Hotel offer free shuttle service and is very convenient (it’s takes about 5 minutes).Room size was perfect for two people. We had a breakfast on the morning and quality and variety of the food offered was fantastic.Everything was delicious.We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we explored the waterfalls and collected afterwards.

The breakfast was excellent—lots of fruits, yogurt, cakes, cold cuts, different types of bread, eggs, and sausages. The coffee was delicious and strong, and the juices were freshly squeezed. The workers are friendly and attentive. They will try very hard to please you; if you do not like the room, they will try to move you to another room if available.

This is not a new hotel, but it is very clean. The walls seemed to be newly painted, and the mattress was in good condition, There is no Cabe TV, and the number of channels is limited, but I had no intention of watching TV when I was on vacation with so many beautiful things to see.

Location is just next to the Iguazu Park and Bird Park which is very comfortable. Stuff was amazing and really helpful. Room was clean. We really liked the breakfast!

Room was a little bit old, AC was working too strong, hard to adjust, windows were little bit leaky so mosquitos could come inside the room

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. One person even drove us to the entrance of the national park in their own car when we thought we weren't going to make it in time by walking. Breakfast was great - lots of options and available for along period of time and included in our rate. Working AC unit in the room.

Everything was fine for the price. It's more of a budget place to stay in terms of newness, toiletries, etc. Great value though

I came to Foz de Iguaçu to see its famous waterfalls. One can get from the hotel to the park by feet, it's about 10-15 minutes of walking distance. So the place is very convenient. Besides, it's far from the city and, therefore, quite placid. Also there is an opportunity to swim in the river that is close enough to the hotel.

I can't recall anything that annoyed me.

The staff were really helpful, both the front desk and the kitchen.

They skipped a day cleaning the room. The bathroom didn’t have windows facing outside, only a window to the room itself. The air conditioner was really loud, so we decided not to use it (we left the window open).
