Ideally located, 5 minutes in a taxi from Foz airport and 10 mins walk to the entrance to the falls. The hotel is impressive on arrival and the reception staff were absolutely lovely and make a great first impression. The pool & grounds are very beautiful. We went straight to dinner on our arrival (as the restaurant was closing). The food is the biggest let down. The hotel is providing a very basic menu coupled with less than average execution in exchange for a high price & a slow, unfriendly service. It ruins the stay as there are no eating options anywhere nearby so you are a captive audience. Breakfast- A good selection but it was not nice. Mostly we left our dishes. The eggs were dreadful so I ordered the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon instead but the toast was completely soggy and it only tasted of vinegar and I couldn’t eat it. The bubbly with breakfast is a nice touch. We had the buffet dinner on Saturday night and it was the only meal we enjoyed during our 2 nights at the hotel. Deluxe room is small but clean. The bed very comfortable (one of the best ever) however, it didn’t have a mattress protector & the mattress was stained. The bathroom is extremely tired and long overdue for a renovation.

Food needs a big improvement. It ruined our stay. It is supposed to be 5 star but I would say it’s sits on 3 star and we would be unlikely to return.

Beautiful lobby. Great pool. Breakfast was exceptional. Perfect location for Iguacu Falls . Can walk to park. Airport is less than 10 minute cab ride.

Location very good. Walking distance to bird park and entrance to falls Pool area very good with plenty of comfortable seating. Breakfast had lots of choice and fresh egg dishes to order. Everywhere spotlessly clean Public areas spacious and well kept

The pool area was lovely with hot tubs too. The atmosphere was spoilt for us in the afternoons by the loud and very upbeat music. We asked twice if it could be changed to something more background and relaxing but requests ignored. It was not in keeping and seemed to be more about entertaining the staff. It was not possible to read or relax after a busy day visiting the Falls The rooms are very small and a bit cramped

Walking distance to entrance of Falls, Property was clean, room was a nice size, staff very helpful. Had a nice little trail in the back of property to explore. The concierge was very helpful in getting tickets and transportation. The driver who took me to Three Frontiers was very helpful and stayed with me the whole time.

If you wanted to go anywhere besides the Falls or the bird sanctuary, you needed transportation. Also, you had to buy an entire bottle of wine in the restaurant, no wine by the glass offered.

Great location close to waterfall national park entrance less than 5 minute safe walk. Lovely pool and gardens where we saw monkeys and toucans. Very clean rooms and lovely and quiet. Good nights sleep. Great choice for breakfast and relaxed atmosphere. Great products in bathroom and good size. Good chicken burger in bar with lovely man playing modern music on piano, Robbie Williams, Elton John, Adele, lovely relaxed atmosphere in the bar.

Could do with a wardrobe if you were staying longer than a few days. Hanging rail over kettle so ok for shirts but no where to hang dresses or longer clothes.

The location is perfect, you walk to the Bird Park and the Falls. Breakfast was served until 11am which was perfect. The dinner (buffet) which was very good with choices was slightly different each night. Honestly there are no restaurants nearby (at least 45 minute drive) so dinner at the hotel is important. My pool view was perfect, I'm glad I chose that option. Loved the electric tea kettle I stead of a Keurig. The decor of the hotel public areas along with the lush grounds were simply lovely.

The desserts at dinner, I would have liked to see more Brasilian desserts like Brigadeiro and Torta do Banoffee. Otherwise everything was perfect, we wish we would have booked for 3 nts instead of 2.

This hotel is more than we imagined. The pictures don’t do it justice. From the entrance to the lobby and the facilities it’s absolutely gorgeous. The room was very nice and the shower was great. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety. The staff is great and Gabriel from the concierge is the best thing ever. I was in touch with him way before our vacation started and he helped me the whole time. The location is 10 walking distance from the Brazilian side of the falls which is breathtaking. And the bird park is right next door but we didn’t have the time to do that.

we loved everything- walking distance to the falls and bird park- the place is magical and the staff is very attentive...it is essentially a 5 star resort with spa wonderful pool and jacuzzis abound...

the food was disappointing in the restaurant- the meat was always overcooked even when we asked to cook it less and the food was all very heavy with lots of cheese-oriented sauce and very few healthy vegetables served...breakfast was good though with great fruit and juice and coffee selection - but honestly, the food does not match the rest of the place which was absolutely amazing
