This hotel is a hotel complex with pools, restaurant and other things. It’s quite old, so it needs to be renovated, but to be honest, it completely exceeded our expectations. Even though it’s old, it is very clean as it gets. The location is great, as it is around 1 km from the Falls. You can go on foot, even though it’s not a pleasant walk since it’s a local road, or you can take the hotel’s transport for around 6 dollars for a round trip per person. The breakfast was really great, with different options. We also ate lunch and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! They offer a transport at the hotel to the Argentinian side. Can totally recommend this place, as it is at a reasonable price and better than any accommodation we found on the Argentinian side!

The shower was leaking sometimes

It was very convenient to the Brazilian Falls in Iguaçu (about 5 minutes) and also to the airport (about 5 minutes). Took the van (for a small fee) to both locations and could buy a ticket to enter the Falls. I also paid a small fee to go to the airport. They had a place to leave luggage while visiting the Falls. When we arrived at the hotel, it turns out none of my adapters worked for the Brazilian electric currents but the manager, Jonathan could help and loaned me an adapter. I did not have time to use, but, they had a very nice pool area. The check in was friendly and smooth. The check out too (I believe his name was Frank?) was super helpful overall too.

All was good, only suggestion (minor) would for the store in the hotel to sell adapters for foreign travelers to power their phones etc. I was lucky that Jonathon could help.

Swimming pool very clean and well kept, external part of hotel well maintained, staff helpful and graceful including Victoria, Renato, Joaquim and Leandro. Excellent service. Good travel agency at reception. Close to main attraction only 1.5 km from the National park and bird park.

There was no iron to lend to guests, and to get just one shirt ironed one needed to book hours in advance and pay R$ 15,00. Breakfast had items not so fresh like old stale breads, pão de queijo and some savoury cakes. Music in the swimming pool area very loud and distressing.Buffet dinner a bit pricey for what was on offer. Isolated area, with no restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy nearby.

It is a beautiful property with an old world colonial charm. The price for the ambience and location is absolutely great. Breakfast is a wonderful spread. Don't miss the coffee with cream! It was pure luxury. Plus a range of juices. Staff are welcoming and warm in reception. There is a desk which helps in arranging transport to Iguazu and also queue skip tickets. We also did a day trip to Paraguay for a reasonable price and it was efficiently managed. For Iguazu falls this is a perfect choice.

The location is such that there are not many other places to have lunch or dinner. However the hotel itself has a fair choice. An electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room would make it just perfect for amenities.

Perfect location for quick falls visit. Just 1km from the falls entrance and the same to the airport. Tour company within hotel offers shuttles to both falls and airport for about $2 per person. Nice swimming pool and lovely breakfast.

Facilities are a bit dated, but clean. There is a water light show next door to the hotel that had music going until 10pm, I think only an issue as our room faced it, but if you ask for a room on the reception side the noise would be much lower. The show sounded good, so had I known about it, I would have paid to enter and watch.

Price, location, breakfast, facilities, staff. We were concerned before arriving because it was so inexpensive. But it's location to the falls was great. We were surprised to find that it was more of a resort than just a hotel. We walked to the park in about 20 minutes. The Bird sanctuary and Movie Cars exhibit were along the route. Food at the hotel was good and reasonable. The burgers were very good. If we went back, we would eat at the Movie Cars exhibit next door at least once. The area is very safe and being a mile from the airport was good for our flight out.

Not much, this was a really good stay for the price. The checkin had to be done on your phone, which was complicated and difficult for english speakers. The pizza at the hotel was not good, stick with the burgers.

This is the perfect location for exploring the magnificent Iguazu Falls, very close to the airport (free transfer) and a 5-minute ride to the National Park for a small fee. Both services are very quick and efficient. Room was OK with decent wifi, pool area very pleasant and reception and tour staff extremely helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was very varied and the food quality good, evening meal buffet food was also very acceptable and very reasonably priced.

Breakfast service can be a little slow to replenish the buffet and clear tables, but this is a small issue and generally we were very pleased with our stay here.

Music by the pool side was left on all night long hen mentioned to night staff we were ignored . Music was only turned off at 8 am in the morning! We had a sleepless night:( second night was fine but third nights was similar story. when we went to complain staff told us that the music has to stay on .our room was right next to swimming pool:(staff does not speak english :( very difficult to communicate. Rooms are spacious but very dated. Hotel has potential but they have to invest some money to renovate the rooms and also train their employees how to talk to the customers

Great pool and restaurant with decent breakfast and evening meal. Rooms were small with no outside balcony/patio and couldn't really spend time in your room other than sleeping. Really near to the falls and airport which was very handy. Town was am uber ride away with nice restaurants.

The hotel was a bit dated, the rooms were small. We used the laundry service and got charged £50 for two carrier sized bags of shopping which was a bit extortionate.

The property is big and quite well kept, there's a pool that is accessible until 10pm and the rooms are big. There's always someone at the reception and even a small agency available to help organise your activities around the area. The breakfast is amazing with a very big buffet, many fresh juices and a wide choice. The location is very convenient, you can walk from the airport in 20' if it doesn't rain and you can walk to the entrance of the parco das aves and the iguazu fallls park in about 15'. For this it might be tricky to find an uber from the airport as uber drivers don't earn enough to come from town to the airport unless they are already around but you can provably contact the hotel to arrange something

The staff was quite kind all the time and they spoke both Portuguese and Spanish which was handy. Maybe it was a coincidence/feeling but it didn't feel like they listened too much or that they were a bit disorganised. We asked for the laundry service the first night and were told that it would be picked up the next morning by house cleaning and then given back after one day. Too bad house cleaning passed at 4.30pm and did not pick up anything despite us reminding the reception and even speaking to the person doing the cleaning and showing the laundry. The laundry was eventually picked up and done very fast (but well) on the last morning after the night before we asked once again about it (for the 4th time). Everyone was kind throughout the process though
