I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Frankfurt and my experience was quite positive. The location is excellent, in a quiet area that allows for uninterrupted rest away from city noise. The windows are completely soundproof, ensuring a good night’s sleep even on the lower floors. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I definitely recommend it for those looking for peace, good service, and guaranteed rest in Frankfurt.

What I didn’t like is that the room cleaning is only done every three days. It was very hot in the rooms, especially now in the summer. The air system they have is labeled as ecological, but it feels more like a fan than an actual air conditioner — it constantly turns off on its own. Even though I paid for a suite, I expected better service, at least regarding room cleaning. Four days went by and no one came to clean the room or even take out the trash, despite their claim that cleaning is done every three days.

The location is excellent, quiet, peaceful, safe and away from noise. The view was nice, and it was conveniently close to both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, which made getting around Frankfurt easy.

Housekeeping is scheduled every 3 days. I was probably in the room on the scheduled day with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, so cleaning was skipped. However, the staff didn’t return afterwards, and my room was not cleaned at all during my 6-night stay. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Everything! Very nice concept! Hotel has a business, efficient, modern decoration vibe. In my opinion, the distribution in spaces within the room is perfect ( bed, kitchenette, desk, shower, WC ). Staff is super friendly and helpful, we arrived there a little bit after midday on a rainy day, receptionist was very kind to understand we were tired and wet and offered us immediately a prompt check in. Hotel is very well located, walking friendly to downtown, the river, financial district, close to several restaurants.

Anything, everything was perfect!

The rooms are well designed and clean. There's a big lounge by the lobby where you can just hang out even after checkout (and it'll always be remembered now as where my baby rolled for the first time! 😂) The restaurant is very nice, I had both breakfast and dinner there. Great fancy food for dinner. There are blackout shades which was important for our baby's sleep. They also gave me extra mattress for the baby bed which made it easier for me to handle her. And one thing to note: when we opened the TV in the room we saw it was broken. We reported it immediately and the staff replaced it in no time. Issues can always happen anywhere and that's fine, it's how the staff handles them that matters - and this one was handled very well and fast!

Unfortunately we came at a very hot day (31c) and the air-conditioning barely works. The room stayed at around 26c all day and all night which made it very difficult for us to sleep, or get some relief after long walks outside. Also the AC always turned itself off after an hour, or got to this auto state, so we couldnt keep the fan as high. The hotel got us a standing fan but it's not the same as a decent AC. We asked for help but there was nothing they could do. Also the doors at the hotel are very heavy, there's also a big heavy closed door on the floor itself, which made it challenging to get in and out of the room/hotel with a baby stroller.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. If you're reasonably fit you can walk to all of the main sites in Frankfurt. It is around 20 minutes walk to the old town and river; and 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area, which also has a lovely street lined with outdoor restaurants where we ate every night. The hotel room is lovely and warm (although you can open the window or put aircon on for those who prefer cooler temperatures!). There are lots of plug sockets, including next to the bed, and you only need the USB port rather than a plug and adaptor, which is handy! The bed looks low down but it is actually very comfortable and the curtains keep the room dark so we slept well! Wifi is good. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a few chairs and tables and you can bring drinks up from the bar downstairs.

It would be great to have some sunloungers on the roof terrace. We didn't include breakfast as part of our package and it is expensive to buy individually, but there are several cafes around. The room is quite small and intimate with the toilet close to the bed and a see through shower, so it was fine for us as a couple, or for close friends, but maybe not so good if you're sharing with someone you don't know that well!

Everything was very good

The bed sheets were not smelling fresh and clean. There was not a sheet on the bed only a cover protector. Also it had only one product for shower, body and hair together and no hair conditioner

Very nice hotel with very nice staff and an amazing location. I travelled to Frankfut for business and took the opportunity to travel there earlier. So I had two bookings one on the company and one on me. Staff was uncomplicated. Was able to stay in the same room. Interior is also amazing. They payed attention to every detail and with its modern touch also very welcoming. Every request I had was adressed properly and very helpful. Location is also amazing you are within a short walk next to the Opera from very you easily can get everywhere. Rooms get cleaned on daily basis and are very proper. We just rebooked the hotel for some other business trips that are coming up for Frankfurt.

Very nice rooms and the hotel is well located to explore the city center.

The staff was really unfriendly (and not competent) at check-in. We had booked 2 rooms under one name and we almost had to apologize for that. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. We asked for a parking spot (unfortunately it was full) and they couldn’t even explain to us where the nearest one would be. Had breakfast and it was very expensive for the quality and choice. Again, everything seemed complicated with the staff.

We attend Frankfurt exhibition, the hotel with great location, near to China embassy, lots of Chinese restaurants around the hotel, it can go by walk which is super convenient, and there is metro U and S around hotel, by walk less than 5 minutes, metro U just 1-2minutes! To airport and mess exhibition just 3-4 station! Room is clear, big window! I will book again

1- it is great location, but the picture in booking is not good enough, it should show the picture around the hotel! It is good to walk and super safe 2-the show window should be with curtain! If there are two people stay, it is not convenient if window is clear

The location is the best part of the hotel. It’s central and still quiet at the same time. It’s modern and clean. Rooms are not huge but well thought through and have everything you need.

I was a bit disappointed by the lounge. It’s so nice to have such an area but I was expecting a more cosy atmosphere maybe with a bit of music and a possibility to order a drink or a coffee. Also, as a place that doubles up as a coworking area, there were no outlets to charge a laptop or phone.
