10 mins walk from direct tram to main train station, in a quiet commercial neighborhood (car dealerships, car repair etc), 5 mins walk to ALDI grocery store! Super clean sheets and bathroom! Room had AC, not sure why this isn't included as a room amenity. Friendly front desk staff. Furniture in room to put luggage on, in room safe. Costs about 10 euro to go to airport by tram/train and 18-20 by bolt/Uber (7am)

AC made a bit of a gurgling noise, couldn't find English channels on tv (no BBC/CNN)

I really loved how clean the bathroom was, the bath tub is in great condition. The bad sheets were tidy and white. The stuff is absolutely sweet and caring. I am also really grateful for some welcoming water.

I’d say the carpet probably needs some wet cleaning already, it look stained and made me not want to walk around bare feet. The other thing is that my room didn’t have the white see-through curtains, only the blinds. And the windows were facing the outside area with people walking around, so I could only use the blinds during the daytime instead of enjoying some natural light. The trash bins didn’t seem very clean and didn’t have any bags in them.

The cleaning ladies are rude. One receptionist (the Muslim guy) was also rude and did barely look at me while checking me in. Gave me a very creepy feeling, but the other receptionists were all good and professional. However, when the Muslim guy was back… same energy and I really sieht like the attitude. That is actually why I did not book again now when I’m in Frankfurt. I just don’t like to be looked at with that kind of disrespect, just because I’m a tall, blonde woman travelling alone. Destroyed my entire stay

The hotel is outdated but clean. The room was with everything needed for comfort stay. Good WiFi. Hotel is about of 10 minutes walking distance to the tram stop with direct access to the main train station. Breakfast was basic but enough. At all fair price for what you pay.

The refrigerator in the room was not working.

Super comfy beds as well as duvets and pillows. The room had all the necessities. Housekeeping, reception, and restaurant staff were all very nice. There is also a tram stop near the hotel as well as an Aldi supermarket.

Nothing at all

The bed and pillow was nice and soft, it was very silence, good breakfast, parking space. Good for a bussiness trip to visit the nearby Messe.

The location is a little strange. One must walk about 300 metres to the U-bahn (tram), which is then an easy 10-minute ride into the town or the Bahnhof. Easy if you don't have bags and know what to do. I would have liked coffee/tea making facility in my room. The refrigerator was broken while I was there but that was just a one-off.

Good Hotel, a little expensive for what it offers, but it was a busy weekend in Frankfurt, maybe this is way the price was up. They did not charge us for parking.

Not easy to find a parking at this zone, but possibilities are there if you go further towards the garden area, there’s plenty of free parking places.
