One of the best breakfast buffets in Germany - so many options, fresh, can have eggs ordered separately, variety for all kinds of palettes. Really enjoy it - a bit pricey but unlimited coffee and juice. Room service limited but good quality.

The whirlpool has been "broken" for three different visits over 2 years. I don't think it is planned for repair - therefore, should be removed from Booking.com info and the photo. This was specifically the reason this hotel was chosen.

The staff here are really friendly. When we stayed in our room for a while (without unpacking or using the toilet) and noticed the sound from the next door may bother our sleeping, I asked the lady at the reception whether it is possible to change a quite room. She kindly helped us to change to a room with no neighbors. That was so nice.

everything from arriving in parking to check in went very smooth. The room was nice and tidy. Friendly and helpfull people. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Checkout was easy

The internet was slow unless you pay extra, which now-a-days i would not expect from a brand hotel in a major city. Maybe it is because i am used to internet being available everywhere, but still find it a bit outdated. Printers on checkout were also very slow, so maybe it-equipment needs a update.

Big and varied breakfast buffet, great location for List neighbourhood and Eilenriede woods, and quick tram ride to the centre of town. Staff was friendly, and the communal bar area was comfortable with great cocktails. Kids play area as well.

Open wifi rather than password protected (I think you can pay for premium?). Overall a great place to stay.

Very good breakfast and the hotel is well placed, in walking distance from good shopping possibilities and the subway station is right around the corner. Hannover in general surprised us with beautiful houses, many green areas and variety of shopping possibilities. We can also recommend guests to take time to walk the "red line of Hannover" - unique experience.

2 things: A. The doors on the rooms are not at all soundproof and all small noise from the hallway (guests talking, walking, doors closing etc.) can be easily heard into the room. We assume it is mainly because the doors lack thresholds. Could be so easily fixed. B. The hotels Taxi ordering system was chaotic and even after asking reception to order taxi at certain time, they could not do that by name of guest (just pressed some button that ordered taxi to the hotel). Many wanted taxies at same time and this was simply hectic. Never experienced this before at any hotel around the world. Also when we left, we had pre-ordered taxi at 4:20 in the morning but it came late because the reception could not order the taxi for specific time. Strange experience at such a nice hotel.

Good location. Personal helped with the less expensive parking which is not far away from the hotel.

The room wasn't that clean, we found used tissue on the carpet, dust on the furniture... The sink drain was clogged and the water was not flowing normally. Too bad, because from the beginning we really thought will be perfect.

The room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Our kid got a small present. Thank you!

The wellness was closed the day we stayed in the hotel. On the reception we were told that only the whirlpool doesn’t work, but the sauna also was closed at 21:40. The underground parking is quite expensive.

kind staff, spacious hotel and rooms, clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good as well.

The only issue i had was the temperature in the room (too warm) while the window could not open much, and the airco seemed to not be able to cool.

It's far from the central station, but it's good because it's accessible within 10 minutes. Breakfast is also various and delicious.

There is no particular regret. If you have to choose a disadvantage, it seems that you just organize it, not replace the blanket during a long-term stay.

We travelled with a 6month old baby and were welcomed warmly. Everywhere was enough space and all the equipment (baby chair, baby bed, changing room) was accessible. The free use of sauna and whirlpool was included in the room price and are available from 07.00am until 10pm. Both was very comfortable and clean. The hotel tries to avoid plastic packaging and offers vegan meals. You won’t regret staying there.
