The room was good, we had all facilities and very comfortable stay. Very nice for our relaxation after the long drive and exhausting trip we had. On the way to the location we got a very clear instruction for accommodation and we were satisfied with them. Everything went smoothly and we didn't face any problems. There was a free parking lot behind the hotel.

All Useful things was available,no need of buying or carrying with us. Fridge, Fan🥰, Netflix,hand wash, shower shampoo, hair dryer, good quality towels, cupboard, good space for shoes or bags to keep, not congested room, comfortable bed and comforter. Good lighting especially in toilet. Toilet was large ,new and perfect. Parking have not much space ,but had no issue of parking near by free parking area. Had a 1night stay, enjoyed our new year Eve without any hotel stress.

Lobby toilets have no toilet paper in both Men and women toilets. Have to rush to our rooms. Door for play room was not opened 😔. Lift was lacking, have to carry bags up to 2nd floor was tough.

Walls are pretty thin and I assume that the top floor will get pretty hot in summer (fan is available)

Located in a quiet section of the city. There are nice places to stroll, and an excellent bakery close by, The parking lot is small, but there is a lot about 5 minutes walk away, and I felt fine leaving my car there

The manager, he helped us out with everything he could.. the room was excellent but unfortunately, we couldn't stay long.

We booked in at 16:00, and we had to leave 6 hrs later to catch our ferry the next morning. I sent a request about booking in early so I could get more sleep. No was the only answer we got.

Kindness and comfort.

Not negative. We had a nice stroll to the city of Koblenz. But it's more than an hour walking, so you have to like some exercise. There's also a bus driving, though I don't know the timetable.

We were provided with all required details after online check-in and the host allowed us a possibility for late arrival. Parking for free on a örivate hozel area was also a big plus.

Definitely stay again,.. the management & staff were exceptional, and went out if there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome,.. will definitely stay again & recommend to family and friends & also to other travelers to check this hotel out.. very good value for money

I really liked this place as I felt to be inside a 70’s movie with all its original and well looked after features.Everyone was helpful and courteous and I would definitely recommend this place.

Far away from restaurants etc.., though the towels wete clean, they wete old, soap holdrrs were not there.
