Extremely good breakfast buffet. Have stayed here many times, and this time was the first with a parking charge of Euro 5 per 24 hours, which I consider very reasonable.

I had to move room twice. The first room was opposite another resident who was playing music very loudly all afternoon, and I feared it would go on all night. Couldn't find the duty manager to ask for it to be turned down. As a solo female, did not want to knock on the door and ask myself...! Eventually found the Manager, who suggested moving. The second room was on the ground floor, with all the noise associated with the Reception area. The third attempt, on the top floor, at the back, and at one end of the building, was excellent.

The rooms are small but as expected and good for a short stay. Very clean and well taken care off. TV and WiFi are both good. Lot's of stations available on the TV but only German. Good breakfast and the timeslots for breakfast are very good. The rooms are not noisy. You do here some sound from other guests but on a very acceptable level. Tram and bus stop close to the hotel in case you need it, parking is free and right in front of the hotel. Gas station, shops and fastfood restaurants are within 1,000 meters.

The shower had issues with the water pressure as well as heat control. The pillows are extremely small and very thin. Lucky for us, we were prepared and take our own with us.

Good location, quiet and very friendly reception staff. The U7 to the Old town is just 5 min away and brings you directly to Neumarkt. Parking on the Hotel allows the move around without problems to allow drinking in the Altstadt. Rooms are comfortable with WiFi and TV. Drinks are available on dispensers in the lobby. We are happy to come again. Easy access from the highway, Supermarket nearby.

Disabled people should book early, as no elevator. Only 1 disabled room on ground floor.

Hadn’t know about extensive restoration work being done so entrance and stairway very off putting room was very nice well restored no hot water at first but resolved quick by staff. Didn’t try breakfast due to the complete mess in reception area and wasn’t quite sure where it would be. A little noisy in the morning from work being done

Hotel situated in a relatively quiet semi-industrial area, about 5 minutes walk from the tram (U-bahn) line with direct connection to Cologne City Centre (about 20 minutes tram ride). Friendly staff and the usual 'no-nonsense' basic but convenient rooms and breakfast.

No reastaurants in the immediate vicinity. Closest places to eat are KFC, McDonalds, and a good Greek restaurant, all about a 15' walk away from the hotel

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is 2 mins walking distance from the tram station. It was very easy to get to city centre, only one tram without changes. Kids loved the fact that the bunk bed was on top of the double bed!. We would use this hotel again.

There is not lift, but for the price of the hotel we really didn't mind. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

We arrived after midnight but the check in was very easy via the machine. The room was clean, simple but very practical and comfortable.

The hotel parking was full, we had to park on the street which we didn't know if it was allowed or not and we had no one to ask. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Our room was clean and sufficient for three people. I liked that there is another bed besides the double bed so our kid could sleep there. So price is actually good for three people.

Location is far from the center. However if you have a car, it is no problem.

Clean, quiet, comfortable enough, close to tram station, warm (air conditioner). No problem about hot water, no bad smelligns (smoke or smtg else)

Far from city center, nearly 20 min with tram. Be careful about tram hours. One more thing, there is no soup for washing hands, no hair dryer

A good price for what they offer, good connection to the city centre.

The shower had very little privacy, the walls were thin, so we hear our neighbours easily
