01.Firstly I want to thank the staff. for making our trip easier and more memorable one.. From the check-in on the first day till the last day of our stay. The front desk was spot on with their work and helped us when we needed it. especially Cater and Chemer. I hope I got the names correctly. 02.And the breakfast. We definitely enjoyed it as And thumbs up to the kitchen staff, too. Everyone was kind and helpful. 03. All together, our visit was fine, and we will definitely see you soon again.

01. Wish they could place a mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast are good , staff are friendly and accommodating.regularly cleaned our room and polite when they talked to you.Ahmed on the reception was very friendly and respectful as well as the kitchen staff who runs the breakfast and the housekeeping are very good as well in this hotel.There is a McDonald's nearby and petrol station with shops , Aldi is 10 mins walk -cheaper to get some snacks/drinks.Train 4 (10mins walk)and bus sb25 and 260 (6mins )close to hotel.

We find the 2 staff who are on shift the night we checked in not very welcoming and when we asks for some information gives you an attitude of cant be bothered to speak to us🙄 but the rest of the staff on that hotel are friendly and accommodating.There is no microwave that could use for heating food , as there is no restaurant on site .

Everything was great, cosy atmosphere, polite staff, delicious breakfast, the coffee is a bonus- espreso, not typical for hotels. The rooms are spacious, well designed, the beds comfortable and very fell furnished. The hotel is clean and tidy. Special thanks to the housekeeping department. We had everything in need, even an iron and ironing board. All problems were solved immediately. Thanks to the whole staff.

The location is not very good and the public transport in Cologne as a whole has been awful which make the journey to different parts of the city quite an adventure and it is really time consuming.

All staff were incredibly nice and super helpful. We felt very welcome and would recommend this hotel to family and friends living in or planning to visit Cologne.

Housekeeping services could be improved by the staff knocking on the door first before opening the door to see if anyone was still inside getting dressed. A notice about window inspection would have also been appreciated and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep in, an extra mattress on top would've made sleeping much better.

Stayed there as a base for the euros. Staff were friendly. Absolutely no issues with hotel. Breakfast was good. Plentiful and there was no rush to throw us out when the time slot passed. Would defo stay again.

Location to get into and out of the city is a trek by foot. Train or taxi required. No slight on the hotel however. We knew where it was.

The hotel is close to the Palladium. A perfect walking distance but also very easy to reach by car. The beds are very comfortable. Many parking spaces. A McDonalds is located right beside the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The elevator is pretty slow and the vending machines only work with specific coins. The duvet for a double bed is pretty small for two people using it. The door for the bathroom swings open to be also the door to the toilet. Its a small hazard to crush the fingers when opening the door, so one needs to be careful.

The breakfast was great. And you can park your car for free. There is a market and McDonald's near the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and supportive. Especially Ömer, the receptionist was very good and fast in the check in process and he was very kind staff. He did his job very well. He was helpful and He gave all the necessary information about the hotel. The breakfast was rich and fresh. There was a lot of food to taste and the coffee and pancake machines were great..

The room was a bit small for a group of 4 people.

everything you expect of a Holiday Inn Hotel, really good. breakfast, which was amazing to start the day with

the first time we entered the room, the cleaning wasn't great but still acceptable. the spoons were dirty, there were hairs in the bathroom , but after that the cleaning was fine

The staff we interacted with at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. They made our stay very comfortable

One of challenging aspects about the property was that after breakfast, all drinks would need to be paid for, except the water. Coffee, juice, hot water - all needed to be purchased. Another challenging aspect was the distance. It was far out from the centre

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly , could not fault it however the location is not central to the city of cologne it is a bus and tram journey and very difficult to navigate at times

The neighbourhood is in a low socio economic level, and felt a little intimidating at times, I woukd not advise tourists to be wandering around there solo after dusk , we witnessed anti social behaviour ie drinking in parks , fast cars racing , drinking of large groups of men in playgrounds and parks
