Modern hotel with nice public staying area and well sized rooms with separate toilet and seperate good sized bathroom. Quiet location nearby a parc and public transport. Convenient to travel within 20 min to the centre of Cologne.

Upon arrival we had some difficulties to find the entrance to the hotel from the garage. We also didn't have yet received the code to open the door of the building but people had to go to the toilet. Then it's very difficult to enter the hotel, because there is no reception, everything is digital.

The hotel had a great location for us. The parking is right under the hotel, which was fantastic, but they forget to mention that you have to pay 15 euros for a day of parking. It's not the hotel's parking lot, even though the hotel claims to have parking. It's a minor detail, but it's worth mentioning. The room was nice, clean, and, most importantly, quiet. After a long time, we found a hotel where we could sleep peacefully.

The check-in process is needlessly complicated; everything could be handled with a pre-filled online form. Unfortunately, their machine needs to be used, and at the very least, a keyboard would come in handy.

Great location, easy to get to and rooms were lovely and a good size. Very clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful when needed.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property but would have been great to have more hanging space for clothes and a full length mirror in the room. Also lighting in the room is very dark.

Almost every point I liked the hotel. Hotel located in very cool neighbourhood. Area is crazy clean, near to very big park (almost forest), also kid park nearby. Also very short walk from the U-Bahn station, near to cafes, easy to navigate to the parks. Room is just so rad, very nice industrial design, light are so functional, bathroom just amazing. Hotel service also very nice, in last moment I had foster dog and they added it to my services without any problem. Overall I recommend the hotel. Everyone talking about check-in device not working, but it is not a big deal.

I don't have any negative to say. Only missing point would be the check-in machine which was not scanning document properly and we needed to fill it manually but this was okay, just 2-3min additional work.

We love the location as we have family living in Nippes, so very convenient. The rooms are very spacious and we love the rain forest shower. Check-in may have been problematic but a member of staff came to assist, who was very helpful. We went up to the roof terrace as it was a sunny day, which was great, could see the Cologne Dom. The ‘kiosk’ was useful, got a couple of beers from there and used the kettle to make a morning coffee. Free parking is always good!

Finding where to park was unclear, especially as we didn’t need to use the code we were given.

As the name suggest, the hotel is really A CONCEPT. Totally loved the room: airy, tidy and with a fascinating design! There was everything one could need. The idea of shared living room and fully equipped kitchen was amazing, no need to be stuck in your own room all the time. The surrounding was quite, near the centre and the hotel was easily accessible from the Cologne's centre.

There was no drawbacks, those are rather just minor issues. - Tbh self-checking, I just personally like human interaction. - There was no kettle in the kitchen, I don't know whether that was temporary or not. - Towel hangers in the bathroom could be useful.

Location was in a nice area, very safe..

The issues with the key cards was a continuous headache, although it got sorted in the end. Important to not ethe hotel changed management the week before our stay, so teething problems are natural. The concierge was a great guy.

Rooms are very large, shower was excellent, facilities great.

Difficult to navigate check in process, we had to call as we couldn’t find entrance into the hotel, partly my fault. I had revived a message with instructions but missed it in my multiple Europe bookings. There is no reception desk, all done via secure building codes and check in self service computer. A little far from the cathedral (30mins walk) but we hired bike/ scooter.

Great location, exactly what I needed. Quiet, modern and clean. Exceeded my expectation. It's the right place for you if you do not want to deal with many people and waist time on check-in. Everything is electronically and easy to manage. The room looked exactly like the photos online. The room even had a hairdryer, which I always appreciate. Will definitely stay there again if I am back in Cologne!

The only thing I say could be marked a bit better, is the car park. From the way I came, I was unable to see any signs showing where to enter the side road to enter the carpark.

The self-service check-in worked perfectly. The only staff to be seen were the young men cleaning the rooms - and they were very friendly. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom and particularily the shower. The beds were comfy. Fresh towels were provided after 2 days. I particularily liked the building with the big yard which is accessible from all sides!
