Overall it was good. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. Would not use again, elsewhere just as good if not better for ca half the price

Room a little cramped. Self check in did not work,.twice the left lift would not work with my card and receptionist had to come, I saw it also happen to others. The shower water pressure was just about acceptable, poor though, I reported it when leaving. So it can be dealt with.

I stayed at the hotel several times last year and think that the hotel delivers well in terms of price, and I have no problem returning. The number of stars stands up to expectations.

When booking through third-party booking services, be sure to request a room that doesn't face the main street or is on another floor. In Leipzig, there is a surprising amount of noise from ambulances and police cars with sirens. Although the soundproofing against other traffic is good, sirens can still be heard.

The room was lovely, good size and super quiet. The staff were super friendly. The shower was amazing, we were surprised by how well thought out it was. The room was clean and felt modern, not cluttered or old like most others.

There was no bin bag in one of the bins, especially when staying with dogs it would be great to have lined bins as otherwise the food tins cause a mess in the bins. The bin the bath did have a bag but the lid had been thrown inside it. The pillows were too soft for me but then this is a personal preference.

Short walk from main station and city centre where there is a good choice of restaurants. Receptionist recommended a superb suburban brewery restaurant just a few tram stops away. Good breakfast buffet and plenty of space. Hotel very quiet at night despite its location.

Very busy ring road to cross to get to city centre with long waits at pedestrian crossings. Matters made worse by cyclists legally using footpaths and often cycling fast. None of this is the hotel's fault!

We chose this hotel because it is close to the main train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Our room, #514, looked out at the main street but there was no problem with street noise because the windows were very soundproof.

The bathroom was small and we were given only one bath towel, instead of two.

Very nice guys at reception. We've got 2 free public transport tickets for 2 days after registration, which is cool. The location is super - about 5 minutes walking to the Main train station, where you can transfer to Sbahn and tram, however the city centre is nearby, so you don't have to take public transport to get there. We are very satisfied with InterCity Hotel.

Maybe it would be good to add more pillows on the bed.

Check-out already settled at check-in. Nice helpful person at check-in. Easy WiFi access. Sufficient space for clothing in the wardrobe. Filter coffee in the can at breakfast was good quality.

0.1 l glasses for juice and water is a real problem, especially at breakfast. 0.3 l should be standard. This hotel really stands out in a negative way in this respect.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and allowed me to print off boarding passes. Room was elegant and extremely clean. Perfect amount of space for two people. Mini fridge in room was a pleasant and excellent surprise and idea.

I had to get extra pillows as I felt two was not sufficient and I would have loved if there had of been a kettle in the room

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is really nice and helpful. My room was comfortable . The location was perfect just next to the train station. thank you again I will recommend you to my colleagues.

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location, good sound-proofing. The hotel is on a busy road, but with windows closed it was really quiet. Breakfast was good. Nice bar. Hotel is 5 minute walk from main railway station. Would without a doubt book this hotel again.

I would have liked a tea and coffee making facility in the room. Some other InterCity hotels have these.
