Good location, less than 10 minutes walking distance to the center. Private parking in the backyard, accessible by several streets roundtrip due to oneway traffic. There is a back entrance to the building from the parking place. Our apartment was good, comfortable beds, enough space for three. Full kitchen and amenities. Room was quiet as windows faces the backyard. The only noise was the cafe's waste container transported from the building at 6 in the morning. Nice and helpfull administrator.

Parking is paid additionally. It appeared that number of parking occupied spaces is not registered, because after coming back in the late evening on weekend we found only parking lot for the disabled free. There is no dishwasher. We missed at least one knife of normal size.

I requested a 2-room apartment for my daughter and me. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, with restaurants and shopping malls nearby. We enjoyed walking to the Leipzig Zoo and the boat trip starting point at Stadthafen. The main advantages of this hotel are its excellent location, cleanliness, quiet environment, and great price-to-quality ratio.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Location couldn't be more central: just 10 min from Augustusplatz with several tram connections. A few minutes' walk from a huge Edeka. I was there with two small children and the room was a great size for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and we had several simple meals in the room, which was enjoyable.

I received an extremely friendly greeting and was made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. I arrived at the main railway station, which is also easily walkable. For anyone interested in museums, the amazing Grassi Museum is literally round the corner. The room itself was a very good size and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying here.

I can't think of anything to fault for the price I paid. Very good value for money.

Lovely little apartment which was perfect for our family trip to Leipzig. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and very clean, the bedrooms were nicely designed and comfortable. The location was just 5 minutes walk from the main town. Great value for money, with very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

On the tramline and a short walk to the city centre, supermarket nearby and basic kitchen in the apartment for making simple meals, some cafes & restaurants very close by. Nice walk thru some parks out to the must see tall war memorial past the university and quick tram ride back.

Some traffic noise, Apartment faced east with strong morning sun, would be hot in Summer without air conditioning, didn't realise shops are all shut in Germany on a Sunday (which is a good thing for families) but found some open under the HBF/main train station for cooking provisions, some city sights were obscured by a large festival of rides, music and food stalls

Very comfortable VERY clean place with a kitchen. The staff was exceptional, and it was an excellent value. Johannisplatz tram stop is just across the street, and Augustusplatz stop and the city center are a few minutes' walk. There's a cat cafe at street level, a shwarma/gyro place just 10 steps from the hotel entry, and a panini place around the corner, too, plus at least 4 grocery stores in walking distance. We stayed a month and loved it. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Leipzig.. We cooked many dinners there, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with salt, sugar, pans and dishes, etc. All in all, we loved it.

The only caveat is that wifi was a little unreliable in the afternoon; as each room has its own router and they start to compete with each other as more devices are using them (I assume the routers are all on the same band). We were there working, so we learned to work in the morning and head out after lunch for other activities. In the kitchen, the knives were not sharp, and the cutting board was tiny, but that's not unusual in a hotel kitchen.

When we arrived at the hotel we didn't expect much, we were so wrong. The young lady at the reception was so pleasant and nice. The room was so lovely and the bed very comfortable, had the best nights sleep in ages. We welcomed the couch and little table (all other hotels in our stay so far have only given one chair? ). Really comfy

The staff was great. Excellent location, 6 minutes from the city center by foot. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We booked a day before and we still think it was a great deal. Parking is spacious.

No power sockets near the beds.

After a horrible experience in another apartment where a man got into our room at 2.30 am we relocated to this hotel and felt very safe and comfortable. Two separate bedrooms. Even with the busy road outside we couldn't hear any noise. Very quiet and very friendly staff. Car park in the back of the hotel. Conveniently located in the city center. Would book again.
