great location if you are going to a game at the Allianz arena. great friendly staff, nice clean rooms, spacious, nice comfy lounge area /bar on rooftop. great hotel overall

the HUGE issue is that even though it is close to Allianz Arena, the hotel should have a SHUTTLE bus to the stadium when there are big games (like Champions League final). It is so close to the stadium, but it is very difficult to get to the hotel and back from the stadium after big games. A SHUTTLE SERVICE (even if once or twice a day) for big games would be amazing. (eg, shuttle to back to the hotel 2 hours after final whistle of the game).

Excellent location, with an elegant supermarket next to the hotel, parking, close to public transport, friendly and professional staff. Rich, varied, elegant breakfast. Cleanliness in the hotel, in the room and in the bathroom, everything is new and modern. Comfortable mattresses. An excellent hotel for visiting the surroundings and the city. Check-out time 12 o clock ,a big plus.

The property has a large dining room and is relatively new and well designed. The rooms are well equipped; the air conditioning works very quietly! The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. The rooftop bar in the hotel is a great idea.

We were at an Adele concert, and unfortunately, the S8 fast train line was not working at the time!! We had trouble getting to the venue after the concert. It's not the hotel's fault but is about 10 km from the city centre. For people without a car, this may be a problem (if the metro and fast train are not working well).

Lovely hotel, located in an industrial area, it has a restaurant asian specific and they can also serve pizza or pasta for dinner from the bar( haven't tried them though). Otherwise you need to drive to the town. The breakfast had excellent choices and, although it can get crowded at some points, they refill quickly. There is a supermarket just near the hotel if you need to buy something, but check the closing hours.

The hotel parking is not free and you need to pay 10 euro per day. You might be able to park for free on the street near by as we've seen cars parked late at night, but check to make sure - we haven't tried the street parking. There is no fridge in the room.

The hotel offered us almost all we needed for a few days in Munich. We really appreciated that the room was ready and we were able to chekin at 7 in the morning. The room was pretty big and offered all the things needed for a good stay. The hotel is positioned closed to the airport with direct access using S8.

The hotel is positioned a little bit far from the city center in a quiet area. This can be a good or a bad aspect, depending on your needs. The beds are a little too soft for my taste (also the pillows) The internet is working pretty good but it has a lot of traffic filtered. I worked during the day so I had to use a hotspot for calls.

The receptionist at check-in was super helpful. It was a Sunday and every place was closed. I asked how i could get dinner, and the receptionist suggested an online platform where i could order food delivery. Else, the rooftop bar offers some pizzas too. The hotel room size seems bigger than the typical Munich ones. Pillows and bed were comfortable that I slept well daily. The walking distance to our Unterfoehring office was very convenient.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the S-Bahn station, through small lanes. With a big luggage, it's quite exhausting. At night, when returning from the city, the lane from the S-Bahn station was very dark, the lights were very dim

Great hotel for those who are on a business trip in Unterföhring. The staff is always ready to help. Breakfasts are great. The Internet is good

I wish there was a wardrobe and the price was cheaper

if you do not drive or cannot get a taxi (e.g after UEFA Champions League Final) it is very difficult to get to at night

Warm welcome during a late check in after a long drive. Comfortable rooms with good beds. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of choice. The parking was full but we quickly received a vignette that allowed us to park right next to the hotel in a reserved area for the shops next to the hotel. Easily solved.

I booked a hotel a few minutes before midnight due to a canceled flight. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
