Very nice family style B&B - very clean and in a very very quiet and green area north on Munchen. SBahn station 3min walk away (as you need this to reach the city center). Excellent for business trip to MOC center events. Very good value for money! Garage parking very useful and free!

Not close to city center (some 20Eur via Uber if you cannot use the train). Basic accommodation - do not expect luxury.

Everything was clean and tidy. Under flood heating was lovely and was much appreciated given the time of year. Breakfast was light and had a great choice of fresh fruit, along with cured meats and cheese. Sweet pastries, biscuits, yogurt, and eggs were also included.

A kettle could have been included in the room to make cups of tea/coffee. An additional pillow would have been great.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to Kieferngarten U-Bahn station. Reaching it by car is very easy, also there are plenty parking spaces in the street around the hotel. The room was nice and clean

In the mornings we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, but I guess that was because out room was very close to the reception and there was a lot of movement around the entrance.

The location is perfect if attending Allianz Arena is in your plans. The place was quiet and nice. The Reception staff spoke German, English and Russian. The breakfast was decent and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend staying at Arena Stadt München.

Everything was perfect. Clean and quiet room, good value for money. Check-in was possible 24/7. Free coffee 24/7 at reception. Wonderful breakfast, eggs were prepared on demand. What's especially noteworthy is how much love was put into decoration of the place. Upon arrival, you get the impression you've arrived in a fairy tale.

I came to see Bayern Munich and a Stadium Tour..the hotel is one stop away on the metro. Ideal location and the hotel is only 4 minutes walk from said metro stop. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable

Great place to stay versus old city. Walk one block in nice neighborhood to train which gets you to city center in 15 minutes. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Short walk to a nice Bavarian restaurant Alois Wirthaus that was all locals. We ate dinner there twice! The quality and cost makes this small hotel a much better option than paying silly pricing for downtown Munich.

Nice size room with refridgerator. Great breakfast-lovely woman who runs the breakfast. Very clean. Quiet area and very convenient to the tram.

The breakfast was great, and the dining room very well laid out, with nice decorations. The lady serving the food was nice and there was a good selection available. The staff went out of their way to help us know how to get to the airport.

The room was on the small side, but it was comfy.

The bed was comfortable and alternatives are available at breakfast for those with food intolerances, but to get food alternatives - like gluten free, lactose free and vegan options, you need to give a day's notice.
