The hotel has a great location—close to the main train station and within walking distance of the old town and major attractions. One of the best surprises was the free minibar in the room, stocked daily with water, beer, juice, and snacks. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch!

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Free mini bar was appreciated by my daughter. Short walk to the old town. Many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very convenient for trains. Would stay again if back in Munich as it is much cheaper than hotels in the old town

Close to the central station - like all central stations, it’s not in the nicest part of the city. I saw someone being arrested on the street the hotel is on on my first day in Munich! However I didn’t feel unsafe as a solo female traveller as there are lots of people about and it was the height of summer with long daylight hours and I wasn’t out after dark

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The free mini bar was awesome. We asked for some ice to cool the already free drinks, and we got a lot. The location was great. We arrived after 12 AM. And were worried for a second to arrive at closed doors. But a short call to the number at the door and we were in. It's also possible to enter with card (if you already have one). Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed stay there. I'd recommend it to anyone who wanna visit Munich by train. The way to the inner city was about 20 min by walk. But tram and bus works well (buy tickets inside!).

Couldn't stay longer. 😁 Joke aside, not much negative to say.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We would like to point out Sarah and Rinai? at the reception and Blasz and Semi and Slavik from the bar team. You guys made our stay special! We have been given an excellent maisonette room (715) on courtesy which we liked very much. Everything spotless clean and the minibar (daily refill!) Included. The location is priceless. 3 mins. walk from central station and 1 km walk to Munich Dome. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Also Rewe 3 mins. walk. And NO, the area is NOT dodgy, as I read elsewhere!!! Whenever we come back to Munich this is our place to stay.

Very close to the Hauptbanhof so convenient for a short stay in the city. The room was clean and overall quiet. Lobby area and bar/ beer garden were pleasant. Staff were very pleasant Its a city centre hotel and at its price point as expected.

Room was a little tired (frayed lead on floor lamp) and some things suggested in booking were absent e.g. bathrobes and wine in room. Could do with a critical look at decor as there were just a few things not quite right. The spiral staircase whilst novel needed careful usage and better marking on the very bottom step.

The room was spacious and clean and staff were helpful on our first night.

The room was noisy and you could hear people above and next door. The property seemed a little run down but there was renovations being completed while we were there.

Staff were friendly and helpful, never had to wait long to get breakfast as if someone wasn't present the front desk would get their attention. Liked how I had the option to not have cleaners in everyday as I like to have my own space on holiday and I try to keep my own space clean. The room was great and the available amenities were nice including the free minibar (all the drinks were great choices) which I probably should have used more but was out quite often. Breakfast was great, loved all the choices, tried to give most things a go and no complaints at all.

Wasn't sure if the garden I could see from my room was accessible, would understand if not as it's their property. Didn't realise there was free wifi. If it isn't already, having the info somewhere in the room would be helpful. A double bed sheet rather than 2 single sheets would have been nice. Wouldn't really call these complaints as they were things that if I cared enough for I would have asked anyway.

Location is great for trains/trains, we were there for Oktoberfest which is approximately 20 minutes stroll from the hotel. Room was excellent with a small balcony and all the facilities you need, the only thing I would say is that we like a few cups of coffee/tea and you dont get many little capsules of milk, not an issue you can ask at Reception or there is a Lidl at the bottom of the street for a pint of fresh milk. Good choice at breakfast. Quite a few restaurants, takeaways and bars in the area and only a short walk from the main centre (or tram if you prefer).

Nothing, perfect for what we wanted

Staff was incredible. The room was a great size, I enjoyed the two floors, a space to go if you needed some quiet time. Bathroom was a great size also. My only thing (and it's not really a negative--but just an observation. I like to unpack when I first arrive and not "live out of a suitcase". The room could easily house a small even tall skinny dresser or something to put your clothes in. downstairs --not in the bedroom are two narrow places for clothes with like 4 hangers. My partner used that, and I just piled my stuff on top of my suitcase and picked thru it. Again, not a complaint, but travelers for more than a few days like to unpack put suitcase away, be tidy...little difficult here. However, all that to say, I wasn't bothered by it and enjoyed the hotel a lot. We never made it to breakfast, but the restaurant and bar were very nice. We did go down and have cocktails one evening and the detail paid to fixing the drinks were huge with me. Well done. I would stay here again.

Only thing I didn't like was lack of storage place for clothes,....thats all. See above.

Our room was very clean, you can see that they pay attention to cleaning properly. Breakfast was beyond any expectations, just perfect. Different variety of veggies, cheese, ham, gravlax, eggs, sausages, fruits, etc… everything very fresh and well cooked, we enjoyed it very much. Location is good for those who travel by train, it is just couple of minutes by foot from the Central station.

Design is very outdated (but you can see it on the pictures, no surprises). There was a smell in the room from the bed, I think it’s just an old bed with fake leather bedhead. Air was a bit stuffy and dry. Although location is convenient for those who travel by train, the neighborhood is somewhere you don’t want spend your time. Very unpleasant
