Location: directly at the subway station "Harras"; if you take the elevator from the platform, you end up almost directly in front of the hotel entrance. The Albert-Roßhauer-Straße in front of the hotel is quite busy but at least in our room the windows made the room fairly quiet. I would expect that sleeping with open windows is quite impossible if your room goes out to the front. From Harras, the subway takes you to the Marienplatz in 8 min and to the Klinikum Großhadern in 9 min. Room: we had a rather small twin room but we did not miss anything. Beds were comfortable and had two pillows each. The bathroom offers a shower over a bath. The room appeared to be clean. Breakfast: a quite large selection for 16 EUR including fried and scrambled eggs, bread, rolls (not from a bakery though), yoghurt, muesli, sausage, cheese etc. Gluten-free options are available. Staff: professionally friendly. There was the option to leave the luggage on the last day after vacation of the room. Room is good value for money (we paid less than 80 EUR/night for a twin room).

Some of the staff speak only English and most do not seem to be native German speakers. The air condition did not seem to work properly; it was rather warm in the room regardless of the temperature we set the AC to. Bathroom could not be locked from inside. I would also have preferred a "real" shower rather than the shower over bath.

The entire stay was smooth and comfortable and the hotel staff are very nice, even when trying to communicate in my broken German =) (they speak perfect English too) . It is located right next to the Harras S + U Bahn station which makes getting around the city really easy. There is a 24/7 vending machine shop with snacks, drinks, etc right next door along with a good döner shop and apotheke within a 2 minute walk. The beds are comfortable and there was an incredibly fast electric kettle for making tea/coffee that we enjoyed. The bar in the lobby had good drinks and a cozy atmosphere.

The double bed is two smaller mattresses pushed together which sometimes slid apart and allowed you to slip between the two. We knew that ahead of time and this is a common setup in other German hotels but others we stayed in had one large fitted sheet over the two to hold them together. A mini-fridge would have been nice but that is a small nitpick as none of the hotels we stayed in had one either.

Very near Harras S Bahn and ubahn with supermarkets drugstores and eating places within a block. Very good breakfast and good sound proofing in rooms.

One issue I didn't like is that you have to pay separately to use the sauna. Room size is very small but comfortable enough. The main problem is that they need to urgently buy new sheets that actually cover the bed. The sheets seem to have been made for little kids as they are much smaller than the beds and that's not acceptable for this class of hotels. This is an easy mistake to correct but it seems like they don't really care as this has been a common complaint. Why don't hotels listen to customers and actually correct easy mistakes for improving their services?

I stayed here before, but they have moved up the road to a better location. I appreciated: * staff - wonderful * notepaper in the room - that makes a difference * you can open the windows * 1200 checkout * option to forgo housekeeping for a drink in the bar * location, but I wanted west side of Munich * Town centre is 4 km, but a pleasant walk, if you want to * the breakfast was very good

* the shower was a bit anaemic with hot water * the aircon only went down to 18C (this might be mandated) * power outlets hidden under bedside tables * wee bit dark in the room * no lock on bathroom door

No fridge in the room wasn’t working.

Hotel locates quite close (5min walk) to the S-bahn line (S7) and U-bahn (3 min). There are a lot of cafes/shops around this hotel. Breakfast start from 6.30 am on working days and it is really suitable, in case your have a morning flight. Room was well cleaned, comfortable with big bathrooms. Towels were on daily bases updated. Good Wi-Fi and TV also were in our room. Special thank you for lady on reception, who proposed us welcome drink after a hot gay🙂.

Everything was good.

Hotel was fantastic and was in a perfect location as there were loads of shops in the area including a Lidl. The metro station was next door which really made it easy getting to places. We had no breakfast, but there was a kettle with coffee and tea in the room which was great. If you are not staying long in the hotel and you decide not to have your room cleaned you receive vouchers for a glass of wine, beer or a soft wine which is a fantastic idea. Staff good and very welcoming especially a young man who was really helpful. Forgotten his name but he had great customer service skills.

The air conditioning wasn't brilliant as it seemed to work, but wasn't powerful enough in the room so it was still very warm.

Great location, 5 mins walk to Underground (U-bahn and S-bahn) with elevator access directly to the platform. From there it's 4 stops to main train station and 5 stops to Marienplatz tourist spot. The area is safe and not too touristy, with shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Good sized room, very clean and comfortable.

- The gym equipment can be better maintained - some are creaky and wobbly. - Our room doesn't have refrigerator. This was listed in room detail so we were aware before we arrived, but it's still incovenient as Munich was quite warm when we were there. Other rooms may have refrigerator though.

The staff were friendly and polite, it was a nice touch having a baileys at check in! We got upgraded for free and the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We got four free drinks from opting not to have the sheets changed which we were happy to do to preserve wasting water. What was useful was the underground/overground being right next to the hotel which was great and useful. Loved having the sauna in the hotel and it was great having it on our floor.

I didn’t like that the shower was in the bath and the bathroom didn’t seem as modern as the rest of the room. The cost of the breakfast was expensive, €18 per person per day, we preferred to go out for breakfast for more variety and for it to be cheaper

A typical mid 90s business hotel, with well structured space, well designed rooms. Everything generally in good condition, with additions of modern comfort such as a flat tv. Immediate access to a prominent metro station is a great plus.

The good impression is to some extent deemed by latest interventions. You will probably miss the luggage rack, icy LED room lighting is uncomfortable, and due to poor illumination lobby and hotel look closed from the outside. Rooms have no card power switch. Maintenance noise in the morning. Breakfast, which few years ago was a highlight, has sharply declined in offer and quality.
