I stayed for a few days on business. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing me with a converter, which was a great help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and as the area is mainly filled with businesses, it becomes very quiet in the evenings. Breakfast was a buffet and definitely worth the cost. In terms of location, it depends on where you need to go, but it was only a 2-minute walk to a bus service that takes about 30 minutes to Frankfurt Airport and around 14 minutes to the city centre by bus. It was enjoyable to explore the area and use public transport. If proximity to the airport isn’t a priority, I’d certainly recommend considering this Holiday Inn.

The only downside I would mention is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. If the room next to yours is occupied, it can be difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Basically an American style hotel as far as rooms go. Comfortable, efficient, roomy enough. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good four our needs, which were to get around small villages around Frankfurt, because it was close to major highways. It is in a commercial and office neighborhood, so there was little that was easy walking close. We were able to safely park on the hotel grounds or nearby. Staff was warm, helpful, and very pleasant.

The only negative for us was that the restaurant does not serve lunch, or serve dinner on Sunday, and we arrived on Sunday.

A good hotel, it should perhaps be renovated a little. Excellent breakfast. Great reception staff, very professional and helpful: we had to leave the hotel a day early and we were not charged for the night, so thank you for your willingness and attention to listen to our needs, a great value for the Hotel.

The room was clean an the hotel is located next to a forest, there was fresh air when I opened the window. Due to the location, there is no traffic noise. There are a lot of parking places in the area, there is no need to book a parking lot.

The breakfast was expensive for what it has offered. Some food was not replaced when it run out. The room was rather noisy. At the first day I had to regulate the switch of the cold water in order to have warm water. The warm water came always with a delay. Regarding WiFi I had to login every couple of hours.

The hotel is ideally located if you're visiting the Neu Isenberg business district, within walking distance of the local office buildings. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with bathroom apparently updated recently. The reception team are among the most friendly and helpful I've ever dealt with. Breakfast is the usual continental style, very well prepared and presented. There is a small bar area with food options. At the time of my visit the hotel wasn't able to serve evening meals.

Really hard to think of anything I didn't like! The hotel is a little outside of town, so you'll need to walk, or catch a bus if you want to get to the town centre or shopping mall. We arrived late in the evening. The bar was closed and could not buy some food, but we could buy some drinks.

We were a family of 5, but there is not an option to book a room for a familiy of 5 - so we were asked to book 2 rooms. once we arrived - we recieved a room for 5 peaple + another room which we didn't use

The staff were all good. Restaurant staff were very helpful. We booked one bedroom queen suite with sofa bed. The room was large had two toilets, two tv's and a small kitchenette, we were very happy with the room.

We had stayed the night before in Holiday inn Airport hotel Berlin so we had something to compare things to. The only negative would be the breakfast quality. There was a very big difference between the quality and range items for the breakfast.

The price of the breakfast is far too high for what it offers. Even in the center of Paris I paid 14 euros. Paying 21 euros in Germany, in a small city, is unreasonable.
