We were stranded in Frankfurt because of a problem with the deutsche Bahn on our way to Paris, and I was happy to find a relatively cheap option for me and my daughter to crash at. The place was clean, and the room quite ok. The hotel is around the corner from Ostbahnhof, so that was good!

The lobby and floors felt very cheap, and breakfast was very expensive (19€,, but we didn’t try it). We got there at 10 at night, and the lobby felt almost spooky.

The third or fourth time we have stayed in this hotel. Good room size, comfortable bed. Good option if you travel to Frankfurt by car; you avoid the city and the hotel has parking. There is also public transportation close to the hotel that takes you to the city center in a few minutes.

The floor carpet had several stains. Before, if you stayed a couple of nights and didn't require the cleaning service, you would get a free drink; they no longer have this benefit.

The bathroom and the Bluetooth room service

The staff were completely unfriendly it was a Turkish looking guy, who didn’t wanted to get me checked in and didn’t believed me that my last time was actually my last name, because I have a white name but I’m black. After 30 mins of waiting at the reception he believed me because a member of my family send a mail. The problem was, that at that point when he didn’t believed my last time, he just checked the other people in and pushed me to the side with a wink. Except of this rubbish unfriendly men, everything was totally fine, but one time the cleaning lady came in while I were naked with my gyal and she just opened the door and came in she didn’t even knocked… and I had the sign at the door wich says don’t come in rn

Summarized: room is clean, friendly and kind staff, elevator, private parking and location. I was searching for a hotel for an one night stay where I could park my car and check-in late and check-out early in the morning.

They didn't reply to my questions in the Booking.com chat, the blanket was bit smelly and the night was bit (repeatedly) noisy. The noise can be described as like someone was moving furniture between 1-3am.

The location was great. Very walkable to public transit from the airport. The staff were very accommodating. I arrived before check-in time, so I sat in the lobby for about an hour, then they checked me in early. I got a room facing the water, and it was lovely. The room was a great size, the bathroom had amazingly hot water and great water pressure, and the TV/facilities worked well. I also love that they provided sunblock shades in addition to the curtains.

I wish they had larger comforters on the bed, but I'm sure I could've gotten an extra one had I asked. However, the heat worked well enough.

Dirty carpet, there were no fridge, kettle and basic tea/coffee sets in the room. Even if you will buy it outside - without kettle it is impossible to use. At the reception they said they can provide a cup of hot water... I think that in 2022 the kettle and fridge must to be even in hostel.

The room was comfortable and quiet. It was very clean and well maintained and the staff were nice. There is also a wonderful bakery nearby for coffee and pastries.

The one issue was that the hotel is a little out of the way of Frankfurt attractions. It's also a walk to the train from the hotel. Not a huge issue, but just something to be aware of for a stay.

The location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to shopping areas as well as the restaurants etc. the other thing i like about the hotel is the atmosphere and the decoration.

No complimentary water in rooms, elevator was out of order and this kind of little stuff, if they're also fixed, i love staying in this hotel each-time when in Frankfurt.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and cozy rooms. Bathroom was also very clean. Cleaners did a great job everyday. Location is nice - not far from center, reachable easily be car.

Parking could be cheaper - 15 eur/day is quite a lot given that almost all parking in the area around hotel is free. Parking garage at ground level smells inside like a public toilet.
