Location is great, less than 15 min. on foot to the shopping area and touristic attractions, the train station is across the street and a parking house is right in front of the hotel. It was super quiet, which is much appreciated especially during the night. The bed was king-size, with one single big matress, not 2 separate ones.

Breakfast could offer a weider selection, personnel at the reception seemed rather disturbed by our presence at the check-in and it was hot overnight, with no possibility to adjust temperature from the room. Also the pillows were super soft. Overall, the price is too high compared to other hotels that offer parking and overall better customer services (personnel´s attitude, breakfast selection, sauna & pool etc.).

This hotel is vey clean, comfy rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Beds are comfy too. I would definitely come again.

The sauna was closed and I booked the hotel because of the sauna so this was a disappointment. I think the breakfast is a bit expensive.

Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good central location. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and with all necessary toiletries. The elevators are quite and very efficient.

The hotel does not have its own parking and unloading or loading your luggage at arrival or departure might be tricky. The city parking house across the street is not the cleanest one can find. I recommend anyone using Engelenschanze park house instead.

Breakfast was good and this room was located at the quiet site. The window could open. Extra sofabed was comfortable. Coffee and tea complete.

Not much space to unpack or leave stuff. Entrance not well marked and the parking space, Parking Hauptbahnhoff, is on the other side of the road and also not well indicated.

We had a comfortable room for three. We were well connected with a parking garage right in front of the Hotel and could leave early as we needed. We were close to the old inner city and had a wonderful walk there.

This is a taste matter but I felt the room had too much red decor. Maybe some would prefer a hotel right in the old city, but it was still at a reasonable walking distance.

Top interior design, i'd love to know who the interior designer was? She/he has great taste. good sauna and gym, affordable indoor parking space across the street.

The breakfast could be more fun if they change the menu every day, may be some omelett, beans, peanutbutter, Salad, ginger shots... Everything else was fine, can't really complain.

Rooms are spacious and soundproofing is good enough for a restful night. Staff is amazing: professional, friendly and accomodating including in the context of a very late arrival. I have stayed in several similarly priced hotels in Münster, and this is by far my favourite option.

The room i stayed was quite big and stylish. When we arrived we got a glass of prosecco while waiting in the lobby to be checked in. The workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the sauna in the last floor, quiet and relaxing.

Was quite noisy at night, to much flow of people i guess thats the downside of staying next to the main station

This was so far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. Period. The room was spacious and clean. I could sleep well at night, thanks to the comfortable and warm bed, too. Friendly receptionists and workers, which always greeted us with smiles and respect. The location is also central, and we did not have to stroll so far to reach the hotel from the train station. If I must write everything good from this hotel, trust me, I could have made a book. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice and warm, but as others also mentioned before, too warm for sleeping and lowering the temperature setting didn't work. Rooms lack character, almost sterile with no interior decoration.
