room nice and clean, staff friendly ,nice location for 1 night stay

Shuttle Bus Driver, On 11/12/24 at 13.10 at bus stop 6 at Munich airport he drove off without us because my wife who was on a walking stick was not quick enough to get on the bus with her luggage and left standing in middle of the road. Next morning 12/12/24 5.00 same Shuttle Bus Driver screamed at everyone getting on bus. On arrival at Munich airport as we stepped off the bus ,he again screamed at us and threw used tissues at our faces myself 82 y/o, wife 79 y/o and our carer and drove off from the airport. We did not know that we had been dropped off at Terminal 2 instead of 1erminal 1 as there was no announcement and consequently had to carry 6 pieces of luggage to Terminal 1. My wife is still recovering from the incident as she relies on the use of a walking stick.

The room was ok and clean. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. I didn't have breakfast although not sure if there was a breakfast room as I tend not to bother with breakfast.

No shuttle from Airport to hotel. The bus 512 runs every 1/2 hour to 40 minutes and I just missed one so had to get a taxi as didn't want to wait for next bus. This was quite expensive at about 30 euros. There was no bar at the hotel but you could purchase alchohol from a fridge in reception.

It was very close to Munich airport. Recommendation: Take a Uber, The bus stop is far away from the hotel, I don’t mind to walk, but not with my suitcases.

The shuttle to get to the airport It’s not free—they charge €10 per person, and that’s not mentioned by the property beforehand. On top of that, almost everything at the hotel comes at an extra cost, and the prices feel quite unreasonable. A small bottle of water is €3.90—more expensive than at the airport! Not even complimentary coffee in the mornings. There are not convenience stores to buy water or snacks near to the property. Buy those in the airport.

Very near to the airport. Convenient location. Breakfast buffet was appropriate.

There is a problem with the advertised shuttle. Upon calling Ramada a few days before arrival to verify shuttle to and from the airport. The representative expressively told me that there is a shuttle for a fee of 7 Euro. I was told to call the property upon exiting the airport. When I called, I was told by the property that there is a shuttle only from the hotel to the airport and not vice-versa. Upon departure I was told that the shuttle fee 10 Euro. The hotel stuff made an adjustment and gave me complimentary ride. Having said that, the property is misleading about the shuttle availability.

The room was clean and spacious with a good en suite bathroom with plenty of hot running water. The bedroom was thermostatically controlled by a panel on the wall which was easy to operate. The staff were very pleasant and informative. We were able to arrive by bus and caught an early morning bus to Munich airport the following day from a nearby (5 minute walk) bus stop. A shuttle bus was also available from the hotel for a premium which we did not use. We had coffee facilties which were ok. Although there was no restaurant at the hotel, there were snacks in a vending machine, but we walked to a nearby restaurant (5 minutes walk) and had good foodand drinks. Overall the location is excellent for its airport connections with a very good bus service (only about 11 mins to airport) or the shuttle option. The 512 bus drops passenger right in the heart of the two terminals and the driver was very helpful in explaining exactly how to walk to the hotel from the bus stop. There are timetables at the bus stops.

Perhaps a decent cup of coffee in the room - the packets provided were ok but not that tastey. But everything else seemed to be clean and serviceable. If arriving in the dark, the street lighting is fairly low level and there is a 5 or 6 minute walk from the bus stop along the footpath next to the road to the hotel so a torch would be advisable.

Very comfortable, clean and great staff. Very good spread for breakfast....very good selection of food. Small but adequate room. No bar fridge in room. Arrived late evening, too cold to walk 300m to a nearby restaurant...only place for dinner. However the staff were so nice and offered some bread ( leftover from breakfast) which was enough for us. There is a vending machine for drinks and chocolates and biscuits. There is a shuttle bus that drops passengers fr airport( bus stop 6) to the hotel for a fee of 10 € pp and likewise from hotel to airport.

No dinner/restaurant at hotel. In autumn or winter can be difficult . Nearest restaurant is 300m away, walk over in the cold.

It was close to the MUC airport with a respected name in hotels. Some hotels have a unpronounceable name and when you are using a driving app it is easy to same verbally to your phone or cars GPS "Ramada by MUC airport.

For airport hotel 8 minutes away from the airport to charge 17 euros to park outside the hotel seems a bit much and to not offer free shuttle to and from the airport seem unamerican, Opps this is Germany. The breakfast was 17 euros that seem a too high, seeing that I could not order an Ouelette that I am used to.

It was a very comfortable room, and the hotel itself was very nice and new. The bathroom was clean and the staff were helpful, and you only need to take one bus to get to the airport. Overall, a nice-priced stay for Munich standards, and a comfortable airport option for a long connection.

It was a bit far from the nearest bus stop for the buses and shuttles coming from the airport, so if you are carrying luggage, you'll have to walk quite a bit to get there, and on some uneven stone grounds.

Helpful staff. Near a pub that sold Erdinger wheat beer. Shuttle from airport efficient. Good breakfast. Clean, quiet room. ease of access from airy bright foyer. On the bus route to Erdinger.

smell of smokers outside entrance. European? pillow (same as all hotels I stayed at in Bavaria) No neck support. Be careful in room 121 when stepping into the bath if the shower screen is across the bath. The slope of the end of the bath is right where you would step and could cause a nasty slipping accident. Always move the screen to minimum position first.

When we finally made it to the hotel, it was very good. However, there was no where to eat dinner at the hotel. we walk to the next door hotel for dinner. Breakfast was excellent but expensive.

The shuttle service is deceiving; 1. the shuttle drive didn't announce the hotel stops. Ramada stop was the same as another hotel stop with an additional 350m walk. Because of this detail we spent an extra half hour on the shuttle bus back to the airport. 2. the shuttle to the hotel is free; however, the shuttle back to the airport is not free and a reservation was needed. Deceiving.
