Beautifully designed, they really thought of everything. The lighting is perfect - especially in the closet - there are plugs right by the bed. There's enough space around the sink, plenty of storage. Extra towels in the drawer. Quiet area. Bus stop to the train station basically in front of the building. I really loved it. Coffee, tea, everything you wish for. Very spacious apartment with loads of natural light and high ceilings. One member of staff called me beforehand to make sure I got all the information, I really appreciate that because I definitely would have gotten the address wrong. Plus, she was super duper nice on the phone.

The stairs, for me that's not a problem but for some people that might be important. Plus they let us know in the description so it's all good but just so everyone is aware. For me personally I wanted to have a more central location and I only realized too late we're a tiny bit outside, but that's my own fault for not reading everything right.

The location is perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, and in a pedestrian zone. The Junior Suite provides that extra level of comfort in terms of space and having a proper little table for breakfast. I have stayed there many times and by now know some of the staff and it has become a home away from home. The rooms are TRUE to the pictures you see on the website.

Here are 3 things I wish they would change: 1. The "Doppelzimmer" is for two people BUT it only has ONE chair. On top of that ,the chair is super heavy and very difficult to move - often the pads under the legs are also missing and one scrapes along the floor 2. There is NO Folding Luggage Rack - a must-have item in any guest room in my view 3. The bed duvets are super heavy and they keep the same ones all year so in the summer they are way too hot. There are so many light and climate control duvets on the market but their covers weigh a ton

Outstanding in several ways: Cleanliness, in-room furnishings & amenities (exceptional interior design!), bedding & linens, location (steps away from historical buildings), access to public transportation, local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. For business travelers, remote workers, and people that like to use their “work from home” allowance to travel (like myself), you should short-list this place. The room’s desk can easily accommodate a lap top and portable monitor set-up. I would love to return and can say that I would definitely stay here.

Spotlessly clean, quality fittings in our apartment, excellent location adjacent to town centre, friendly staff.

Beware - Booking.com said our parking was booked but when we arrived we were told that was not possible and it could only be booked in person. Their underground car park is quite small so we had to park in a nearby multi storey car park until the issue was resolved - the apartments are in a pedestrian zone so carrying cases around could be an issue for some people.

Perfect city center location close to all local amenities at an easy walking distance. The area is surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, café. We were lucky enough to be there on a art night festival which make our experience even better.

Information about what to do in the area, what to visit or suggestions on where to eat. Even in town there was an art night festival, and even if we asked for suggestions at the reception desk, we haven't been informed about it and we just discovered by ourselves; which is totally fine, but I'd expected to be mentioned when I've asked if there were any particular place where to visit.

BBH is always our first choice of hotels in Osnabruck when we are in Germany visiting our daughter. Not only is it perfectly located in the historic center of the city, but it is well-suited for our long stays with a fully equipped kitchen, large room with a table and chairs, plus a couch or upholstered chairs, a desk, and flat-screen TV. The reception staff is friendly and very helpful, and we truly feel at home in our "home away from home".

The location was excellent. It was close to everything: nature, malls, and the old town area. We were glad that they gave us the requested room - with a view of the city

Though I was happy about the room they gave us, however, the room had a smell. The type of smell that it seems the room was not used for a while. It only bothered us on the first day, but for the rest, we had a nice and relaxing nights

Very spacious room and central location makes the stay very good! Comfortable beds and nice shower. Pretty mini kitchen even with a dishwasher machine. And iron desk with an iron!

Windows were just on the parking, at the level of your eyes. I would not make it a problem, but in the description it was underlined nice city view)) Very old type of the coffemachine was a bit of surprise (all other equipment is very new).

We were upgraded from the main property (due to some flooding in the room we had booked. It was about ten minutes walk away from the main building. It had two large double bedrooms, a kitchen and living room . It was spacious and clean. A couple of minor problems ( batteries in smoke detectors) were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

It was not in the main property which was booked to be with friends- though to be fair they didn’t know as had been booked separately. We found the attitude of the manager rather brusque when we initially questioned being moved. We were particularly disappointed that though she was there when we checked out, she seemed to (rather pointedly) ignore us. Other staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Try nice and high quality property with everything we needed (except air conditioning).

Just very minor comments. 1) They told us via email that the apartment had air conditioning but it doesn’t. They did recognize their mistake and offered us two rooms in the hotel with A/C but my wife didn’t want to move all the stuff again so they gave us a fan. 2) The parking badge they gave us didn’t work but they told us we had to deal with the garage ourselves. I think they can fix that easily.
