The move from a room with no heating to fairly close by on same floor to a nice warm room. And the TV worked too. Though we didn't need a train, central location is good for all kinds of needs. Breakfast certainly provided ample nourishment. Shame about lack of toaster due to previous guests unable to use properly :-/ Staff: Daniel at night found us the warm room. David Retschke was most helpful in the morning when we not only enjoyed breakfast, but he also was helpful as we had to wait for ADAC to get organized - we had to take the room because our car broke down near Osnabrück. Well done ibis, hang on to those good guys!

A way to reopen the toilets in the reception area would be very convenient.

My stay was fine overall. The person at the front desk was accommodating and polite. The room was clean (they changed the towels every day) and the breakfast was the regular continental type. It was nice because for checkout you do not need to go to the front desk.

I was supposed to do a later check-in (after 22:00). They say on their page that it is possible, but you need to contact them. I tried leaving them a message through booking.com- no answer. I tried calling- it is NOT the hotel*s phone number but rather a general number for all Ibis Hotels. I had to wait a lot on the phone and it was absolutely useless.

Good place to stay as it has walking proximity to restaurants, supermarket, train station. Hotel has good staff that was very helpful. Hotel has elevators and even being in busy location, the sound proofing was great. The central climate control unit also works good.

The hotel wifi is not strong and keeps dropping off. When connected the speed is also bad and I had to always use my mobile internet. Certainly you can not rely on full day of office work from hotel if that need arises.

The room was clean and spacious enough. WC, sink and shower. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was continental but no facility to toast bread!

The location was not in a particularly great area. Next to the hotel was table dancing bar! Hotel parking was useless with only 8 spaces there was public parking over the road but we were not comfortable leaving the car there overnight. Shame it can't be picked up and put in a better location.

The place was clean and well located and a nice breakfast was served as well. However, in addition to this, my son left his cuddly toys in the room, and the wonderful staff at Ibis went out of their way to post them to us, at no extra charge. It was above and beyond what I expected and excellent customer service! Thank you Ibis Osnabrück for your kindness.

Great location if you want to be near the train station. Staff friendly, breakfast included and excellent quality. Room was simple but more than adequate. Fantastic value. I've stayed here multiple times recently because it's well worth the reasonable price. I had no problem taking my bicycle up to my room, though the elevator is on the small side.

Neighborhood around train station is busy and noisy, though I (older single female) didn't find it dangerous. Hotel itself is fine and windows are well soundproofed.

Distance to train station. View onto train station. Breakfast was good. Elevator worked well. Safe neighbourhood. Perfect for travelling not-with-automobile. Room climate control. Secure room. Room large considering budget.

Pillows were soso. Bed a bit hard. Shower door leaked water if not carefully directing jet away from door.

The location and the breakfast!

When I changed from one booking to another, but stayed in the same room, the code stopped working for the first room so I couldn't get back when I left at 12pm, until 3pm when reception was open again! They didn't tell me this in the morning when I asked if it's ok that I stay in the same room.

It was very clean. AC perfect. Super close to the railway station. Friendly staff. Breakfast more than enough and divers (despite the negative reviews ...it was super ok) - let's not forget, It's a "Budget" hotel! For those who are complaining ... there are more hotels in the area ... but the price is double ...

I arrived 2 hours before the check in time... and I was asked if I am ready to pay 10 Euro extra. No problem, it was worth it. But in others Ibis Budget-s this was not the case. Also, maybe a hair dryer in the room would be great.

Excellent breakfast.

The shower leaked badly onto the floor. No parking available. The receptionist with the "Angel" tattoo on her neck was the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever met in my life! Terrible. The young guy on duty when we arrived was excellent.
