Breakfast was fine - loved the liptauer! Location was excellent for travelling to and from airport. Also with easy reach of museum. Unfortunately I didn’t much time to explore so not sure how long it would take to escape the traffic and find the old town Hotel was peaceful with no traffic or train sounds to disturb Thank youi

I thought that some local people were cross and impatient at my lack of German language - and I don’t blame them because, as we all know, most Brits are hopeless speaking any other language. It just made me feel sad and uncomfortable, but that is really a criticism of me rather than the people of Potsdam. It would have been nice to sit somewhere with my two friends after we had eaten and have a beer or a coffee and time to talk together, especially as I hadn’t met with one of them for about 20 years.

The hotel has a great location for sightseeing. A huge advantage is the parking. Rooms are sound proof and it really keeps the B&B chain standards. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby. Breakfast was tasty and the food was added according to the growing number of people coming. The staff was very nice.

The mattress was a little too soft and when one person was moving, the other one was shaking and waking up

Excellent location, easily reachable, close to the railway station. The city centre is a 20-minute walking distance. Parking place—free of charge. Grocery store and bakeries in the vicinity (at the railway station). Nice and comfortable rooms. Machines with snacks, cold and hot drinks, and soups. Extremely friendly staff, especially Mrs. Jana.

Everything was great.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The train station is opposite the hotel with plenty of trams and buses to the centre of the city and Sanssouci palace. They provide a code and you have access to your room anytime you arrive. We didn't have breakfast as we left very early in the morning.

Hotels maintainance man was rude to arriving guests at diod from carpark leaving a bad first impression, elderly man , might be good at maintainance but should be kept away from the hospitality side of operation.

Excellent location with lots of transport, food and shopping options in the train station around the corner. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Snack and drink vending machines. Plenty of towels, soap and hair dryer. Easy check in via access code. One USB-A socket.

Too few sockets to charge devices (just one for four beds and one at the table). Some extra pillows would be nice.

Location is wonderful for short business trip. Clean and good breakfast.

There is no person at late night. So only possible to check in using kiosk. It is better to provide emergency contact information. I know unfriendly employees is normal in german. However sometimes smile and kind words are very helpful and relieving for foreigners.

The location was ideal - very close to the train station and a shopping mall and just a short walk into town. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Our room had air conditioning so the traffic noise from outside was never a problem.

It was very cosy, small room with bed and a place to sit and eat. Location is top, as it's very close to the main station. Design is very modern, enough place for two.

The bathroom was very stinky, like it was not properly cleaned for a very, very long time. Second: someone entered to our room before 8am in the morning. No harm happened, but that was very creepy, especially when doors should be not opening without the key-code.

The room was convenient and spacious enough for our family of 3. The hotel is located just at the outskirts of the old town that can be reached by foot.
