The room was spacious, however not very clean (bathtub only cleaned to the point the maid could reach, dead bugs on the table). Staff was neutral, a lot of parking spaces, we were situated in a noisy backyard, eventhough our room should have been upgraded thanks to Booking (not sure if that really happened). For only one night necessary sleepover its fine with great price.

Personnel was nice, both check in and out were really smooth. They have 24h reception, so it is possible to arrive also later. Big free parking place. Very good breakfast buffet, scrambled eggs and tasty pancakes with many topping options. Room was furnished in modern and practical way, clean.

Great hotel with good size rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Stayed here few times now and always been happy with facilities and service. Breakfast is very good too.

Maybe air-con would be amazing as fan was not enough to cool down over night as it was a hot when we stayed there.

We loved that the room was very spacious and the hotel was relatively close to our travel destination, Heidelberg. We also loved the policy that in theory, cleaning would only be provided if the guests ask for it - to be more respectful towards the guest's privacy and the environment.

As opposed to the above-mentioned policy, the cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 8:30, while the check-out time was only 11 am. It would have been great if the hotel's restaurant had been open when we arrived (Saturday evening, before 9 pm). We received a recommendation for an Italian and a Greek restaurant in the village - we went for the Greek one but the quality of the food was really bad, especially compared to the price. It was surprising that there was no tea or coffee in the room for the morning.

Late check-in was not a problem. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning was blowing really hard and there was no remote control. After calling to staff they said it will be fixed and asked us to wait. It did not fixed but we were too tired to ask again.

Spacious rooms, fairly modern

Aircon broke in rooms no other rooms were available. A fan was offered. If you book on a Saturday night, they tend to host wedding receptions and other events So the restaurant and bar are closed to hotel guests, you may purchase a drink from the bar but you need to take it to your room

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel location is very close to the motorway, so very convenient when stopping for the night. The only criticism would be that we could do with a small table under the TV to put bits and bobs. Still, not an issue, and we would come again.

Large room. Very friendly staff, at the reception, restaurant, and the breakfast in the morning. Restaurant is pretty decent and reasonable prices. Bath tub. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast was really good! Room a good size and clean! Plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel.

The breakfast room seemed understaffed and was very busy. There didn't seem to be enough tables for the size of the hotel, so we had to wait quite long for a table. Shame that there were no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the room.

heavy doors of the rooms that make a lot of sound when closing - difficult to continue sleeping when many other guests (or personnel?) are leavings their rooms early in the morning a request for an extra pillow could not be met
