Had a boutique feel and was very clean, staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Did not use the pool but was very impressive. Restaurant was very good.

Was on the more pricey side but is close to Bonn and Koln. The facilities were excellent but two improvements would be, 1 the size of the shower head could be improved as could not get a really decent shower. The other nice touch would be to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is a vending machine but was not possible to get a tea or coffee.

Good location close to town centre but still in quiet area. You can walk to town and train station within 20 minutes. Facilities in the hotel is good. We spent a lot of time in the water park next to the hotel. We also like the traditional German dishes served in the hotel restaurant.

Pancakes served in breakfast should be provided each morning and we had it only on the Sunday morning.

This is a lovely hotel with amazing pool and fitness facilities and cracking little restaurant. The chef could not do enough for us and made undoubtably one of the best meals I have eaten in North Germany. Breakfast is good and plentiful. While we did not use it the Dive Pool is amazing! Location is good with on site parking shared with the pool facilities. Just a 10 min walk to the centre of the town which is lovely. Rooms are bit spartan but very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again! Can't say enough about the kitchen staff and how amazing they were.

The outside pools are not heated and run at about 20c, not the best for younger kids. The indoor pool was not available to us due to a private party.

I always like the hotel when I have private activities in the Bonn area. Bonn is easily reached, the hotel is easily reached by car, I can park my car and the hotel has very nice rooms (a bit small, but that does not bother me much), friendly and helpful people and nice breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff - easy check in and out. The outdoor swimming pool is awesome! Large, clean, very well supervised. The room size is large. Decent washroom. Easy parking. Attractive breakfast room. Excellent coffee.

The breakfast bar was great - but almost out of food both mornings. The nice girl working was doing her best to keep up...but she couldn't do everything alone. The buffet was lacking in many items and slow to refill. It was a busy holiday weekend, but the hotel should have scheduled more staff. Our room was not refreshed, despite the fact that I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door. Pool towels were simply room towels.

A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Great for access to the swimming pools next door and Siegburg is a nice town with good train links to Cologne central.

Not much storage space in room for your clothes and belongings. No kettle or bottled water in room.

Spacious room in a quite modern hotel. Very good restaurant (food was actually amazing) and very convenient access to the pool club next door.

We visited the hotel in early September and the indoor pool was closed although the weather was not the best and too cold for the outside pool on the second day of our stay.

Everything was good actually. Staff is friendly and kind. Parking is good and space enough. Breakfast was excellent and delicious and reach.

Coffee and tea in the room are not available No Fridge in the room

We are really well impressed with the kindness of the staff, the facilities, the breakfast and the hotel in general.

Lack of time to enjoy it longer!
