Good location if you plan to visit Konstanz and Rhine Falls. Not far from the train station. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Photos of the room types are misleading. We booked the Comfort Double Room (for an extra price compared to the Classic Queen Room), but the room we got was more similar in size and distribution to the Classic type (without the extra space and sofa shown in the photos for the Comfort type). We booked for 2 persons, but there was only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel provided. Water boiler is available, but no tea bags provided.

You have to pay extra for a daily cleaning. And the last day I have to check out at 11 am and they prepared the room before 10 am when I was out having breakfast. They should not do anything until the guest checks out. I wanted to have a shower before leaving but I did not because everything was ready for the nect guests.

Nice hotelrooms with airco and spacious room. Stayed her now several times and the quality is stabile. For Diner, you have to go into town, but the bar serves drinks. Breakfast is huge and good quality.

Charging the car is at fixed costs of €15

Ambience and room feel

My shower gel was not replenished (I didn’t ask for cleaning service, but topping up of consumables would still be required). And the sauna area had empty shower gel containers, too, and empty water bottles and glasses weren’t cleared for days.

Exceptional. All you can expect in a good BW hotel, but with friendly, cosy atmosphere of the small family hotel. And a chocolate Santa waiting near to each room door on 6th Dec morning :-)

The staff was super helpful and answered all the questions by email or in person. The facility was clean and with the special theme of Lam there were pictures and statues or art that my daughter loved.

There was no small fridge in the room I booked, I am not sure if that is all the rooms or just the one I booked

The check-in process via iPads was very slow and cumbersome and created long lines in front of the reception.

The room was confortable, and the location is quiet and near the city center. Staff was friendly and helpdul.

The bathroom was very clean but shower soap was missing. Also the bed was not properly made after the cleaning process, which did not occur until 4pm.

Very nice room and good beds. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has one EV-loading station. Close by and walking distance there are restaurants and a shopping area. I would stay again!
