The staff was especially attentive. I arrived early and waited for the room to be cleaned. The kitchen manager noticed me as he walked by and offered me coffee. He kindly asked several times if there was anything else he could do to help. I felt safe and cared for. After the flight to this country, I felt very tired. The little room was always clean. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked the large chairs.

I didn't take the opportunity to go to the spa area. I came for work purposes, so I left early and returned to the hotel in the afternoon. I wanted more time to stay in the quiet of the hotel

This hotel is the best in the area. It is in close proximity to the main area and all the stores in Stuttgart (I would say about a 10-20 minute walk depending on where you are trying to go). The room was small but very nice and comfortable. The only thing I did not enjoy was how small and thin the towels were, but aside from that 10/10. The staff was very friendly, the parking is self-parking and costs about $23 Euro if I remember correctly. The breakfast was also very nice and had lots of variety. This is actually one of the only hotels that had scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was nice.

Everything was good, just better towel quality would be nice (as I mentioned above).

I loved our stay at the hotel! the room, the restaurant, and the location were amazing. The staff was very helpful in moving us to a bigger room to accommodate our needs, the room was very comfortable and clean. the breakfast buffet was great, full of good food and a great selection even vegan options were available. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is a 3-minute walk from the train main station where you can go to other regions and cities, a 3-minute walk to the Ubahn to go around the city, and a 3-minute walk from a mall to get all your shopping needs done.

I went to check the spa multiple times and it was closed. I guess it might be because of the end of the year time off.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and welcoming, not just to us but also to our furry companion. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, and the fact that they extended this hospitality to our dog was truly heartwarming. The breakfast and food options were excellent—plenty of variety and great quality. The hotel’s location is a big plus: it’s very close to the central station and the U-Bahn, which made getting around the city a breeze. It’s also within a reasonable walking distance of the Christmas markets and the city center, which was perfect for our holiday visit. A special shoutout to Thanos and Leonid, who went above and beyond while serving us at the bar and restaurant. They were so friendly and attentive, even bringing food for our dog, which was a lovely touch. The cleaning staff were equally welcoming and kind to our pup, making the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone traveling with pets or without. We’ll definitely be back!

we helped the bees by not having our room cleaned but when we asked for toilet paper, facial tissues, the one staff member seemed surprised? he asked us almost why we needed it? I said we have terrible allergies but we shouldn’t have to justify why and he had no idea if we had been there 5 nights already. if you’re going to ask us to help the bees, then supplies like that should be easily accessible. like maybe have a piece of paper we can check off asking for supplies and leave it at front desk or on our door.

Great location - walking distance to the Hbf and to Stuttgart's library. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Also, good quality bed and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Breakfast had good options. The staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check-out to allow us to enjoy the city a bit more.

It was quite noisy at night. We were awakened a few times during the night by the noise of people coming back from parties. Also, as our neighbors went back to their rooms, it always seemed that our door was about to open. We felt the need to block the door to be safe.

I really liked the hotel's location, very near to the main train station. There is a shopping mall nearby with shops and restaurants. A U-bahn train station and a bus stop are also nearby. Steam and sauna are great. Also, there is a gym facility, but we did not use it. And this was my 2nd stay at the hotel.

We requested an early check-in because we arrived a little earlier than planned, but apparently, the room wasn't ready yet. Unfortunately, we had to wait more than 1 hour and could only check in at the scheduled time.

Friendly and efficient check in on arrival. Happy to learn that a well stocked mini bar and access to spa facilities were included in the price (didn't expect this). Two bed apartment was very spacious and clean if a little warm (with adjustment to heating not making much difference). It wasn't really set up for self catering but we weren't really looking to cook proper meals anyway. Breakfast was reasonable for the price we paid on booking.com (less than advertised price at hotel which I wouldn't have been happy to pay) and the breakfast staff were welcoming even when we turned up towards the end of the allotted time each day! Bar staff also attentive and friendly when we had a beer one evening, especially the Greek barman (sorry I forgot the name). Well located for the Milaneo centre and U-bahn/S-bahn meaning we could get to the car museums quite easily (no thanks to the rail service itself which was a bit haphazard). Also close to the centre of town. Some traffic noise but mostly quiet in our rooms at the back.

Cheaper parking! But par for the course in Germany it seems. Overall better than expectations based on the mixed reviews - was very pleasantly surprised.

The location is very convenient for every purpose. The main train station is within a 5-minute walk, as well as the local transportation (U-Bahn and S-Bahn). A 5-minute walk in the opposite direction you'll find a very large mall with a lot of shopping and eating options. The building is gorgeous and in particular our room was very nice. Everything in the room was functioning properly and nothing was missing. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, I'd especially mention a large selection of hot foods. The staff was friendly, but nothing special.

The hotel GM was totally Awesome, the staff was fantastic. when I needed directions the staff took time and made sure I wouldn't get lost. when you don't speak or read German that really helps. The entire staff is there to do the best they can to make your stay as pleasant as can be. The location was great. it is a ten minute walk from the train station so I didn't need a taxi to the hotel and when I needed to get to the airport I took the train so I didn't need a taxi so with not having to take a taxi it saved me money. overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would gladly stay there again
