For Christmas, this was a great location: Church, shopping, eating... No loiterers around the hotel, and the lounge was comfortable [but the loud music was a bit annoying]. For breakfast nobody complained if I arrived a bit early.

WARNING - Don't get stuck outside: Decided to leave early, but in spite of the 24-hr. desk, nobody was there for check-out and call a taxi for me. So, I went outside to see if I happen to see a taxi stop, but when I tried to get back in, I could not--I had already turned in my room key card, which I needed it to get back in. Fortunately, I had my cell phone, and after several calls, finally somebody answered and opened the door for me. Those 5 minutes or more of waiting, seemed like an "eternity".

The location was perfect-specially with the mess at the main train station, this is a bonus. Also, I liked that there is an elevator near the U-Bahn, so that if one is carrying heavy items, one does not have to take the stairs to get to the hotel.

If you prefer to donate to Kinder in Not, in lieu of having your room cleaned, this can be arranged. Unfortunately, although I asked to donate only for 2 nights, it wasn't until around 4:30 p.m., the day before I was leaving, did an employee come to ask about cleaning my room. (I stayed for 4 nights).

Excellent location only a 2-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket, and roughly 10 minutes on foot to Stuttgart’s main station. The room was very clean and the shower was outstanding. While the setup is simple, it offers good value for the price.

The property advertised a happy hour, but after sitting for about 20 minutes with no staff in sight at the bar or restaurant, we left for another venue. A fridge in the room would have been a practical addition also. But other than that our stay was pleasant.

Beautiful quiet comfortable room, well lit and located. I use Premier Inn regularly in UK but first one in Germany. Would definitely stay here again if working near Stuttgart. Cold weather but room was perfectly warm with me hardly needing heating. Staff willing to let me practise my German - but spoke excellent English when I got confused. Usual Premier good bed but nice design touches of table/chair and lighting. Possibly the best bathroom tiling I've seen!

There are 3 Premier Inns in Stuttgart and I got directions, and a taxi, to the wrong one. Staff member at 1st Premier was very patient and said this "happens all the time". Other one was 200m away - in heavy rain, down some steps... found step free route in next day when light.

Very convenient location close to the Central Railway Station and to the shopping mall. Very quiet rooms with huge soundproofing windows, nice beds for a good relaxing sleep. Quite tasty and nourishing breakfast with hot and cold dishes.

Small bathroom size for two people, only a small sitting area for one person and no chairs / armchairs for a two persons stay. No minibar which is very inconvenient. It would be nice to have also a coffee machine as, for example, it is provided in similar hotels with the same room rates. There were only apples, bananas and canned mixed fruits for breakfast. It would be nice to have a better assortment of fresh fruits and pastry there.

- The location is great. It's very close to the Central Station, especially if you take a lift directly fro train station. The city center is also nearby, only 10-15 minutes walk. - Everything is new, stylish, modern, very clean and cosy. - There is a metro station near hotel and a big shopping mall where you can buy everything - The breakfast buffet was excellent with smart selection of food. Everything was delicious. - Bed was super comfy. I had some special needs for bed comfort and was just perfect. - The staff were very friendly and supportive.

- If you prefer to sleep with open windows, it could be a bit noisy because of traffic. With closed windows it's perfectly silent.

Bed was extremely comfortable, I slept so well each night. Friendly welcome from helpful staff. Location very handy to mall for foodn and to train station. Shower with the changeable pressure option was absolutely divine. I would definitely stay here again.

There weren't many fruit options for breakfast, no crepes/ waffles nor many options for pastries. Having said that, the advertising we saw was accurate. Perhaps if it had been a bit cheaper we would have felt more satisfied.

For Holy Week and Easter Services, the location was perfect. Classical German music concerts during the Lenten Season are special, and this hotel is close to many of the churches and concert halls, where these events take place.

The housekeeping is a hit and miss: On Good Friday somebody came to clean in the late afternoon, and on Easter, I had to refuse the service, because I was tired from the Easter Mass celebration and lunch, and wanted to rest. So that was it, during my 6-night-stay, the room was cleaned only once.

Comfortable stay, perfect location (1 min from tram stop), clean and pleasant rooms. Very nice breakfast, including even vegan options.

Restaurant and bar management need to be improved. During brakfast tables are often full of dirty dishes and there's nowhere to sit. In the bar at night there is only 1 person (often somwhere else) and the wait is way too long. Last night we were there we have to wait for the money in the register to be counted - during the time the bar was opened!

It was a short walk from the central station (I recommend to walk, takes as long as taking the metro in that labyrinth that the central station in Stuttgart is). Room was big and had everything we needed, even a kettle which we enjoyed. Breakfast had a good variety, coffee was awful though.

This is a business hotel and they plan for single stays, we were two and had to ask for "extra" towels. Maybe anticipating this over the weekend wouldn't be that difficult. Just a small detail.
