Great location. Easy check in/out. Clean, comfortable rooms, great shower pressure.

Would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Also, no secure bike parking (understandably not available everywhere but we have been lucky to have this everywhere else along the Lake Constance bike path which has been a nice perk!)

Key collection was not clear in advance when arriving after 5 , checked in over the phone with no problem once we had arrived. No kettle or kitchenette available ( this was not clear on booking.com)

In the Center ; Equipment ok

It was in Summer, no climate Control , but probable linkes to the extreme Temperaturs , due to that we had to open the Windows There was a bar close the accommodation… so quite noisy but Windows close: fine

The location is excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.

I asked for the service of "luggage storage" and they did not respond to me on time. The City of Überlingen does not offer this service, so this is an area for improvement.

Great location right in the old town. Rooms are large and clean. There is a lot going on in Überlingen during the Christmas season (Christmas market, ice skating rink). The Bodenseetherme can also be reached on foot.

It's a super location and they offer a discount on parking. The staff is like family and on future visits here, we'll not go anywhere else. You walk to the lake in 30 seconds. It's perfect!

We would love to see a water kettle in the room for tea.

The apartment was absolutely great, neat, clean, and fully equipped - huge fridge with ice for drinks, nespresso machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, dishwasher even, bed super comfy. Big like!

There is no parking near the hotel and no ac in the apartment.

I had made an earlier review mentioning that a water kettle for tea in the room would be good. Guess what? Several times now they have offered to bring tea directly to our room. Exceptional service!

Great location in the heart of the beautiful town of Überlingen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

Very good value for money at this well located hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and convenient. There are many good things to say about the place but I would especially point out the friendliness of the staff.
