Lots of good things about this place: the lobby is rather cool, our one-bed apartment was new and well equipped, breakfast (not included in our rate) was yummy. For family with kids, having Bercy village at the doorstep may be beneficial, as you can easily stock on basics at the little local Carrefour, find a local restaurant that’s not crowded with tourists (oops!), or get a takeaway to eat in the room if the little ones are exhausted. Crucially, there is a metro station around the corner but make sure it’s open!

Sadly the metro line wasn’t working when we visited. Although this is out of your their control, we would probably have booked elsewhere since this meant a bit of faff taking a replacement bus every time, sometimes in peak times. But we definitely liked the experience and would go back to it in the future.

We stayed here for 8 nights, with the baby we needed good accessibility. There is a modern elevator, which has enough space for a stroller and three adults. There is a metro station nearby, which also has an elevator. It would be better to check the official paris metro website to make sure the metro is not closed due to maintenance, we had to use the bus for two days for this reason. Our baby only sleeps in a dark room, the curtains in the room block 100% of sunlight. The shared kitchen has several tables, there is always coffee available, at nights when baby sleep it is a very cozy place to relax.

We liked that we could fold the bed away during the day to make more space. Liked the kitchen facility within the room which gave us a lot of flexibility, and the laundry in the basement. Liked the complementary cakes in reception, and the comfortable seating area in reception for meeting friends, and it was great having our balcony. Location fantastic - close to the Bercy Arena, the park, the restaurants and metro to access other areas.

The toilet paper was quite thin and we felt like we had to request more on several occasions during our 11 day stay; getting more was never a problem but it would have been good to have a bigger stock in the bathroom. The water temperature in the shower was not always consistent - generally good and hot, but occasionally going too hot for a few seconds then reverting to comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff, good location, clean modern facilities. Easy access to metro , shops, restaurants and bars.

Small apartment with limited space for eating meals.

It look just like the pics, we stated at the one bedroom apartment. It was clean and good amount of space for Paris stay. The kitchen has everything dishwasher etc. laundry room very clean, lobby also very clean. There are a lot of restaurants and a super market just steps away inside the village and nice park… For the amount they are charging it’s good! Also very safe! And has smoke detectors in the rooms I saw someone had written no smoke detectors but it has! Just keep in mind it’s far from the city center about 30 mins or so. Uber will cost about 25 euros to go from hotel apartment to city center.

I recently traveled from Switzerland to France and arrived at the hotel early in the morning. I had anticipated that an early check-in might not be possible, but to my pleasant surprise, the gentleman in charge at the time kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. After a long and exhausting journey, this gesture was greatly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and their exceptional service truly stood out. They certainly deserve recognition and a raise for their outstanding support. Additionally, the lobby area was beautifully maintained, and all the hotel facilities were top-notch. When choosing a hotel in France, it’s important to ensure it’s secure, and this one was perfect, with the main door locked 24/7 and accessible only with a card, making it feel very safe.

The layout of the 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops in Bercy Village, and it's just a short walk to the Cour Saint-Émilion metro station.

When we ran out of body wash, the staff informed us that it wouldn’t be replenished, which was a bit disappointing for a longer stay. It would be great if they could consider restocking basic toiletries, especially for families staying multiple nights.

There was always a member of staff in the reception area at all hours which felt safe and reassuring, should anything go wrong. They were all approachable, friendly and most spoke English very well. Every afternoon there were fresh pastries, cookies or cakes in the reception area and always chilled water with mint and cucumber which was very welcome after a long day out and about. Bed very comfortable, well appointed, bright room. There is a lovely shopping village within easy reach which includes a wide range of places to eat as well as a small supermarket.

I couldn't enjoy a shower because the water runs from freezing to scalding and back unpredictably in the space of a minute! A bath is definitely the better option but there's not always time to let it run. Towels are very small - fortunately I had packed a bath towel. The area around the appartments did feel safe but it could be quite noisy at times.

Location: it is in the Bercy Village which is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Also the M14 station is just 5 minutes walk, so the center is easily accessible. The area is quiet and safe. There are still people outside even at night. Room: The room is clean. There is a kitchen equipped with utensils and cookingwares. The bathroom is also clean. There is flat sceen tv with 3 English shows. Facilities: There is a fitness room and a laundry room downstairs. 5 euros per wash including detergent and 2.5 euros per drying cycle.

Price point: For the location it is a bit expensive given that the rooms are also a bit old. Staff: The cleaning staff are a bit rude. The attendant is super nice though. He helps us nicely. Others: You need to go to the reception to ask for extra tissue which is a hassle.

We had a really good experience at Adagio Apartments. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location felt safe, was close to public transport, and made getting around easy. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of options. The only minor issue we had was with the access card at the entrance at night, but apart from that, everything was smooth. Overall, a great stay, and we would definitely recommend it!
