The room, though small, was clean, comfortable and functional. Decor was very pleasant, 19th centuryish. The location, close to Champs Êlysée was very convenient. Easy walk to Rive Gauche. Lots of good bistrots along the way. BEWARE, the shopping area along the route is very upscale. The staff, with one exception, was very helpful and cooperative.

Other than breakfast, there are no dining facilities in the hotel. It is associated with Petite Georges, a short walk away. It is a small restaurant, quite good, but has limited opening days and hours.

there was two staff only and she was the one who checked us in and the guy who checked us out, all thanks to them because of the wonderful hospitality and great manners and respect.

i have never seen a staff as rude as the receptionists during our stay all of them were horrible with everything, the way they enter your room without any permission and when asked tk leave they don't !!

We really liked that they provided slippers. The room was very clean and they provided toiletries my sister liked. The staff was very kind and friendly. The best part for us was the location. It's close to Champs-Elysees, great restaurants and delicious bakeries in the 8th arrondissement. We would definitely stay here again!

We travelled from London, checked in at 2pm, checked out at 2pm, very friendly staff, luggage storage facilities, close to George V Metro station (less than 20 mins from Gare du N’ord) where you’re by Arc de Triomphe, you’re very close to all high street shops, bars and restaurants. We’re definitely coming back here as it was the best location!

The location is brilliant! Very easy to find as it is right off Champs Elysees main road. We didn’t even use Sat Nav the entire stay but managed to find the hotel every single time! Another very good thing is the bed is super comfy, both me & my fiancée thinks it is the most comfy bed we have stayed on. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Only thing we don’t like is the edge of the bath tub area we always caught out feet onto it.

It’s a classic style hotel, with a lobby furnished like an elegant living room. The room was also decorated in a Parisienne chic style.

The room needs some additional electrical outlets. If I wanted to charge my phone I could do it in the bathroom or near the front door. And the breakfast I personally found quaint.

The staff members were exceptional! They were all very kind, helpful, and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The receptionist was the kindest of all! The breakfast room was beautiful, and the guests were lovely too. The location was fantastic, with two metro stations and a train station within walking distance.

Beautiful building in a fantastic location. Before you even enter it looks stylish, and you’re not let down when you step inside. A 1 min walk from the Champs Elysee and the metro and nearly in the shadow of the Arc de Triomphe.

Only downside, and I find this with many hotels worldwide, was the heat at night. I found it too hot and subsequently found it hard to sleep. Found myself alternating between leaving the window open or having the AC on all night.

This hotel has a brilliant location, mere minutes from the metro on line 1 that will get you to all the highlights. Room is average size for Paris, having a full size bathtub is always such a treat. The airconditioning worked perfectly keeping the room comfortabel as one night was unseasonably cold. Some neighbour noises were unavoidable, but not overwhelming.

Nothing not to like, it was a great hotel for my needs.

Superb location and beautiful interior decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. I left my Paris shopping accidentally in the lobby area and one of the staff found it and handed it in, then stored it until my daughter could return and pick it up.

No bar or food service outside of breakfast. No mini bar or kettle in room.
