Breakfast is typical continental hotel breakfast, however, on our first stay, a lot of things ran out as the hotel was very busy so we had to wait quite a long time for these to be restocked. All in all, staff were doing their best. Hotel is set in a retail area, with secure parking. There are various restaurants within 1minute walking distance and if you show your Best Western card, you get 20% discount. Staff were amazing, we've stayed here several as it is ideally located for an overnight to and from the ski slopes.

There wasn't anything we can honestly say we didn't like

Easy to reach location, great secure parking with EV charging on request, fabulous reception team, clean rooms, very comfortable beds and a great shower - excellent. Breakfast was middle of the road but ok and what really made out stay was the reception team notifying us after we had departed that one of our wash bags had been left behind and they kept it safe for over a week until we passed the hotel again on our way back to the UK.

Nothing worth mentioning

Easy access from autoroute & well signposted. Very comfortable bed & tasteful decor. So nice to have carpet underfoot! Ideal to have restaurant choices close by albeit basic food chains.

The bar area didn't really look like a place we could get a drink which was a shame as would have loved to sit & have a drink after long journey. The sofas were tasteful & looked inviting but we couldn't see how to get a drink!

A great stopover when travelling across France. A friendly night porter, with excellent English, welcomed us on our late arrival. He was very helpful & helped us with the parking & refreshments. The room was clean & quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The outside area was pleasant & there was a grassy area to exercise our dog. The secure parking is 10 Euro per night but there’s masses of free parking in the area around the hotel & restaurant complex.

It's a Best Western. It's part of a chain and they're mostly all the same. This was situated in the corner of a busy location with plenty of food chain nearby. The room was a double and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. If you book this, take advantage of the 10 euro private car park this hotel has.

Nothing really, it is what it is.

A nice hotel in the right place for a stop over as we drove down from England to the Alps. Staff were friendly and the room was actually very nice and clean. We paid extra for the secure parking around the corner from the hotel. We have stayed here before so we knew about how nice this place was and how well placed it is for us. Just outside the hotel is any number of restaurants for an evening meal. Shame the place next door got one of our meals wrong twice so we won't go there again but this isn't the hotels fault! Breakfast was good. Hot or cold foods with nice drinks/coffee.

A little bit expensive

Modern, clean, simple, conveniently located not far from the autoroute exit. Very close to restaurants and cinema complex with closed parking for only 10 EUR / night. Room was small but clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet tasty. Staff was helpful and nice.

There was not much to eat in the hotel nor in the area after 22:00, only McDonald's drive through.

The hotel was very modern and has some nice design choices. We booked two rooms on the way to and way back from another destination and on the way back we had a huge room with a separate living area, for the same price as the tiny room we had on the way out! Not sure why but it was a nice surprise. We had warned the hotel we had a 6 month old baby with us and they had provided and set up a cot in the room for us which was really appreciated. Breakfast was a great selection and the pastries were delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelling elsewhere. Lots of restaurants around too and even a macdonald's! Staff were really friendly and one of the staff members really made a fuss of our baby which was sweet. We would definitely stay again.

The baby cot provided had the thinnest mattress, it was rock hard! We didn't expect a cot to be provided so it didn't matter, but maybe something to improve. We ended up padding the mattress out with bathroom towels underneath the top sheet.

Excellent location for a night on the way back to Uk from the French Alps. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds & linen. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

The parking was not adjacent to the hotel but in a secure compound about 150m round the corner from the front entrance.

Very convenient for the motorway. Handy to have several easy eating spots in hand especially as travelling with small children. Had a family room - was a little snug but acceptable. Very pleasant staff. Secure parking at a reasonable €10 a night.
