Boutique and luxurious! Spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff… Everyone was so warm and welcoming that it made us feel absolutely amazing. At first, we were unsure whether to book this hotel, but after staying here, we can confidently say that if we return to Kos Island, we will definitely stay here again. The food is also excellent – there’s no need to look for a place to eat outside. The manager is always present and hands-on (honestly, you won’t find such a dedicated manager available 24/7 at any other hotel), and the bellboys are super sweet. To be honest, we loved every single member of the staff. Huge thanks to everyone!

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

The room – spacious, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The breakfast – fresh, with a good variety of options. I really enjoyed the local specialties. The pool – clean and relaxing, with comfortable loungers . A great spot to unwind. The spa and treatments – absolutely excellent. The atmosphere was calming, and the massage I had was one of the best I’ve experienced. The staff – kind, professional, and always ready to help. They really made me feel welcome.

It felt very calm with a relaxed style, it’s contemporary furnishings gave it a luxurious feel, the staff are super friendly, they went out of their way to make you feel extra special and well trained in customer service. A big thank you to Kostas and his team for giving us a wonderful holiday experience.

The only thing that was a negative for us was getting in and out of the bath to shower, it was incredibly slippery. Today is a bath really needed.

Excellent boutique hotel. Loved everything about it. Room was great, super quiet with a comfortable bed. Pool was amazing. Very good gym with all you need and spa / massages were great. Breakfast also was lovely with great Greek sweets to enjoy. Finally the service was excellent - very friendly and always willing to help.

Property itself has no flaws. However the private beach is not great due the location where there is lots of wind. Lots of algae and water is not clear. Would recommend to have a car and visit the beaches in the south which are calm and like a swimming pool….

- hotel directly at the beach (private beach) - you can order drinks to the pool and at the beach which is awesome - staff is REALLY friendly and helpful - especially Kristen (she was our favourite waitress - such a helpful and friendly soul) - really clean hotel - room was perfect - they clean your room twice a day - Spa is really relaxing - massages were good - Restaurant Cuvée is EXCELLENT - food and service are highly to recommend - There are plenty of sunbeds at the beach and at the hotel pool - enough for everyone - Close to the city center (but taxi situation is really bad - Kos Island is lacking taxis)

- Drinks could be better (were a bit aqueous) - Food is every day the same - more variety would be nice // eggs at the breakfast could be better - Location is very windy - We wanted to reserve a taxi for our dinner and the hotel messed up our taxi booking - we arrived too late for our table

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

The staff are all fantastic. Particular mentions for Alvin, Elias and Georgia on the waiting staff who knows when to talk to you and when to leave you alone. They can't do enough for you. Alvin is a superstar! Costas who manages the restaurant is incredibly welcoming and all the reception staff are incredibly helpful.

The shower over bath was a bit of a squeeze as the tap for the bath protrudes into your shower space quite a bit and you have to be careful to not bang into it (which I did on the first night!)

I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at this hotel. I spent three nights here and it was exactly what I needed — a real break from the noise, stress, and everyday rush. The breakfasts and dinners were great, the bar and pool area were super nice, and the quiet sandy beach felt like a private little escape. Big thanks to all the staff for being so kind and attentive — really made the stay even better.

Staff are exceptionally professional and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and turned down in the evening which I sincerely appreciate. Delicious buffet and a la carte breakfast, and lovely cocktails by the pool. I liked the quiet location but it was easy to walk, scooter or taxi into Kos Town.

As I was travelling alone, only two things really. Wider room service menu (I dined 4 nights in the room) but they were able to accommodate me by requesting from the restaurant menu, so that was appreciated. Secondly I would have loved a sun longer on the balcony (like they have by the pool) rather than the two dining chairs. It would have been nice to enjoy the sea view a bit more in the afternoons.
