The hotel is impeccably clean and very modern. The room layout is perfect, providing both comfort and functionality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food at the Beach House was delicious - but there were no daily specials.

The entire place had a dystopian vibe, which felt a bit creepy - if you watch a lot of horror movies/ thrillers. Water was very expensive.

A very nice hotel with own beach at a nice location. Excellent staff should be mentioned especially. Guest relations, front office and restaurant staff were all friendly and genuine in approach. Hotel was very clean overall.

Three things: -Outside sitting areas are not shady enough(except the restaurant space). Management should install tents or umbrellas to such areas. Beach umbrellas are small and does not protect from sunshine. -There was only one small rubbish bin in the room which was not enough. -Lavatory is separate from the toilet room; the toilet did not have lavatory inside.

Hotel is great. Photographs doesn't justify. Swimming pools are very clean. Sea was the best.

We came here as a group. We asked if our group can share the same swimming pool before coming to hotel (like a month early or more). When we arrived, we weren't sharing the same swimming pool. We needed to talk with them for an hour for this to happened. From our perspective, this should have done earlier and we didn't need to spend this much time on this. It was frustrating. When you arrive, they ask you to write your credit card number, name of the holder and the dates on a piece of paper!!! This is a huge risk. They do this because they do not do pre authorisation hold.

The hotel and its amenities are exceptionally perfect. We booked a villa with a private pool for our honeymoon. Meals and cocktails were outstanding. The beach is very clean, sunbeds are always clean and well arranged. Service at the beach is fast and very nice. The private villa with pool is very luxurious, highly recommended! Front desk staff is extremely friendly and they let us check in early, thank you again! Before we travel our expectation was really high, and we left the hotel with huge satisfaction.

We probably saw 5 restaurant staff, out of these 5 staff, 3 of them were not kind. Maybe its a language barrier but I think its not a big problem to say "enjoy your meal, bon appetit, your welcome".

Everything at the hotel is designed for your comfort, relaxation, and to make you feel happy. We stayed in a room with pool access and truly enjoyed relaxing in a hotel room after a long time. The design and the materials used made for a very pleasant experience. The beach area is perfect for enjoying the sea; its relaxing atmosphere and bar make for an excellent day. The breakfast was very delicious, with the pastry selection being particularly strong. The room service, bar, restaurant, and overall satisfaction level were very satisfying."

Being close to the airport, there is occasional noise from departing planes. However, since it is not a very busy airport and there are no night flights, the noise isn't frequent, so it doesn’t pose a problem.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you realize that this is a different place. Welcome, treats at the reception, smiling faces. We stayed in one of the rooms with a pool, I can only say that it is unexplainable. Each room opens to the pool and each room is in a different architecture. The pool is so beautiful that it looks like the sea. You don't want to leave the room. You are welcomed with wine and dessert in the room. It is quiet, calm and has a very aesthetic appearance. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel has its own beach and the sea is very beautiful. We stayed 3 nights and it was like a dream. It is a must stay hotel especially for couples. We will definitely come again. We were very, very pleased.

The facility and food

We departed the hotel early in the morning to board the ferry at 07:45. While the guidance document provided in the room indicated that breakfast service would begin at 07:30, the actual service started at 08:00. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast prior to our departure. We had only requested coffee before leaving; however, this was unfortunately not provided. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay.

Casa Cook Samos is one of the best hotels we've stayed across Europe. Amazing rooms, pools, beach & bar. All hotel staff so friendly and welcoming. Cold Greek wine already waiting for us in our room as soon as we arrived was lovely. As usual we did rent a car to move around the island but after seeing Casa Cook we literally did not want to go out and car rental was a total waste for us. It is an expensive choice considering the rest of the island but worth every penny.

Gym could have been little bit better and bigger. Ofcourse I am not expecting a proper gym in a holiday destination but if there is a gym I expect to be able to work out full body.
