I was very pleased with the hotel. Its central location made my trip easier. I love small, intimate hotels, and this one brought the same feeling to my mind. The hotel was very clean, and I think they excel at that. Everything we used in our room was spotless. The common areas of the hotel were also very clean and spacious. The view from our room was my favorite part. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was a delight for me. The hotel owner, Manolis, was very warm and helpful. From the moment we arrived, he provided every support to ensure our trip was a pleasant one. He learned our itinerary and shared his own ideas with us, providing guidance. It was extremely kind of him to help us park our rental car in front of the hotel so we could park it safely. I'm writing a detailed review here because it deserves a long review. The owner welcomed me personally and keep using my name when we were talking. He showed on the map where everything in Pythagorion is. The room was small and cozy, but with all the things I needed. Mini refrigerator, water boiler, even a hairdryer. You could get tea bags and coffee sachets in the main living area. In the bathroom there was soap, shampoo and towels. It was really clean and comfortable. It felt like coming home to your dad or granddad. Pythagorion is a small village and a hotel with this quality is I think rare to find. Especially with this price / quality ratio.

Everything was perfect. This is really a boutique hotel, and obviously different from a chain hotel.

Manolis was so friendly, welcoming and helpful right from when we arrived. We felt like friends not customers. The Hotel was quaint and you felt like you were right at home in the harbour side village. The facilities were clean and the view from the balcony was a real bonus..the location was in walking distance to most of what Pythagoreio had to offer. We loved Samos and if we ever get back we would be more than happy to stay at Belvedere again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Staff helpful about everything from delayed flights to finding locations for tour meeting points and getting reliable taxi drivers for the airport; very friendly and easy to chat to, a genuine pleasure. The location is great to explore the archaeological sites (museum, tunnel) by walking, and it is nearby the pier to catch boats for day trips. The location is quiet without being far from anything in town. Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again!

There isn't anything I didn't like.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Belvedere. The room was clean and the beds were big and comfortable. The location is great, peaceful yet close to everything, with public parking not far away. The owner is friendly and helpful, he truly stood out. He is incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his guests. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hospitality and the way the landlord treated us was awesome. He helped us with our luggage. The location was good, not far from the boulevard but also quiet at night.

The room had quite a lot of facilities but it was rather small and it was difficult to move around with suitcases open. Some clothespins were missing and it was difficult to hang wet clothes on the balcony.

Great property, walking distance to restaurants, shops and a few beaches. Very clean and turn down service daily. We had a room with a balcony and you could see the sea. The property is on a quiet street. The owner is very helpful and will share tips to make your stay enjoyable.

Belvedere is the perfect base from which to explore Pythagoreion. It’s tucked away, but within minutes you have access to the shops and beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Manolis, the owner/manager, is friendly and was so helpful with any queries I had. Efharisto poli!

Ate very good breakfasts at bakery and grocery store down the block. The location of hotel was excellent central location for access to waterfront and the most notable archeological sites. Exceptional restaurants were short distances from hotel. Our hotel was clean and comfortable. Our hotelier was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Imparted enlightening insights into local scene and island history.

I have no criticisms of hotel Belvedere.

No frills hotel, basic but clean. Fridge in the room was great . Lovely view . It was perfect for a one night stop over . The owner was fantastic gave us great information and organised a car for us on Icaria. Made such a difference to us .

Was a bit more basic than I would usually like , that said , I slept really well and the owner was great .
