Staff were helpful and welcoming. Great location.Bed was very comfortable. Welcome gift of wine orange juices and water well received. Ground floor room looking out to lovely garden courtyard with fountain they looked stunning at night. Excellent breakfast with large variety of sliced fresh fruits. Complimentary sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach for hotel guests. Fridge was good kept everything cold. Not the usual mini bar most hotels have.

Wifi in room was not good. Outside our room in the courtyard was much better. Parking is very hard as hotel is right on the beach,and all the crowd of beach goers are parked there all day.

A fantastic modern hotel with a lovely design that fits well will traditional architecture. A warm welcome at reception, parking out the front was easy enough yet effectively on the sandy approach to the beach. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a stunning sea view. Good shower and washing facilities. Breakfast caters for most diets, for me it was perfect, eggs for protein, bacon, toast, coffee. Many other options including fruit and Greek yogurt. Staff were all attentive and friendly. The pool was great and not busy at all! Swim up bar was nice! The beach was very busy, get there early to secure a bed!

The beach beds seem to be taken by people putting their towels down from 7am onwards then leaving and coming back later. It would be good for the hotel to manage this so it’s fair for people to get a bed when they actually intend to remain on the beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kouros, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The room was absolutely excellent. I was particularly impressed with how every detail was thoughtfully considered, from fluffy towels and cozy slippers to a bathrobe, to ensure maximum comfort. The view from the room was very good(although it was not the sea view room). The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, next to the sea and conveniently situated close to Pythagoreion. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location makes getting around an absolute breeze. Also, the breakfast was outstanding, featuring a delightful array of fresh and delicious options to enjoy with your morning drink! Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Kouros to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay.

The room had a weird layout of bath and toilet (that was not a negative) and I must say things that I did not like I would say that the WiFi was a little bit slow. Furthermore, it was a little bit expensive but checking the overall prices around it seemed reasonable.

Close to the beach, cleanliness, great staff, tasty breakfast with a lot of things to choose. Although late check out was not possible we could store our luggage and use the beach beds for the rest of the day (3 eur for a bed) this way we spent the whole day on the beach before the late evening flight. A few minutes walk from the Pythagoreio center. Close to the airport.

The rooms are renovated but a bit small and you need to take into consideration that there is a separate WC and the actual shower cabin is installed in the room next to the bed. So if you travel with a friend and share a room together it may get a bit awkward to use it. You have to undress in the room as there is no space in the cabin to hang your clothes or a towel…

Cleanliness and warm welcoming friendly personnel are absolutely charming. Swimming pool has almost a size of olympic pool :) The beach and crystal clear water is certainly one of the top reasons to choose this spot. Breakfast was fulfilling and had a good variety of options.

During the day you hear all the planes landing and taking off due to the close distance to the airport. The AC works a little noisy.

Sadly we only booked this hotel for one night. It is well located if you have an early flight which is just 5 minutes drive from hotel. The accommodation is immaculate and the bedroom was spotless and quiet. A lovely breakfast, excellent swimming pool and a really good meal in the restaurant at night. We were thrilled to have swallows nesting by our room and obviously loved by the owners and friendly staff. We will stay for longer next time as a good base for the south of the island Thanks so much Graham Roberts

This is a very nice, clean hotel situated on the beach of Potokaki, just 20 minutes walking from Pythagorion. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect and the hotel provides sunbeds for free. All people working there are helpful, polite and make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast has a vast variety of options. The hotel’s restaurant offers delicious meals. I would choose Kouros Hotel again.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great family feel. The staff were very accommodating, especially for our 2 year old, who had her own bed made up and was treated so nicely by everyone. There's a swim up pool bar, which was fabulous. Great access to beach and nice surrounding restaurants. Great value for money. Thank you for everything.

The rooms are quite small and pokey. There isn't an iron in the room, so you need to use one of the two they have for guests at reception, which means if you have to wait your turn.

It was one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. Location is great 1,5 km to centre.Near the seaside in front of trees,birds and great nature.Room is clean,new and quality new equipments.They give us welcome wine also. Hotel staff were very Kindly,happy and smiling always.Breakfast was very very beautiful and quality ingridents Ambiance is so nice near sea.For relaxing it is one of the best hotel in Samos i think. And It is price/performance hotel.I recommend definitely.I didnt have and see any bad things

Nice it was beach front, pool was not so clean so we didnt use but generally we liked it. Especially morning breakfast workers were perfect friendly happy face and helpful

Pool was bot clean and sitting area was not enough We stayed 4 nights but sometimes our cleaning room services was poor limited. Also refill the coffee service was limited even we stay long time.
